Great location, actually incredible
The room was very comfortable. Great sleep, room looked a little old... one thing that definitely was disappointing is no coffee or tea in the room. At this level, $$$ it should be basically a standard option. Since this is available in most hotels in the world 🌎...
Yes, there was a coffee shop in the lobby... not free $$$$ most high-end hotels have station with such complimentary service.
And one more thing, no single bottle of water again that's a standard in most hotels...
Hilton Hotel, you can do better than this.

I do not recommend this hotel. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel.
-Rooms are dated and dark. Mine was missing basic toiletries (no soap!)
-Air conditioning was set to a fixed temperature. We ended up requesting a fan.
-No water, coffee or tea in the rooms. Any self-respecting 4 star hotel will have this.
-Noisy hotel. You can hear every single door closing in the halls.
-Horrible customer-service.
Any other hotel on the block will be a much better choice. Don't waste your money here.

The hotel was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and locations to visit. The rooms were all nicely finished with huge comfy beds and nice big sofa. The views from the rooms were nothing to write home about. The lobby areas was always busy, with a few decent shops and bars. The lifts were never more than a minute away. The staff were always helpful and very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfasts in Herb's Kitchen was always good, the quality of the product shone though and again the staff in here were great, always happy to see you and help you out with another cup of coffee or what ever you required.

Great location. Clean room. Quite roomy. We were up on the 30th floor. However there is no breakfast included nor available in the lobby cafe. We had to walk around the neighborhood eventually to Central Park in order to find a sit down restaurant. Furthermore, a luggage costs $5.- to store in the hotel. Is this normal in NYC hotels?

A great hotel. The only problem was the elevators, but otherwise it was a great experience. The hotel staff are so friendly and I'm glad that I stayed here. Truly a 5 star experience in Manhattan. The hotel food is a bit pricey, but the hotels weren't that expensive, and a great view, so it's worth the price.
I was a delegate for the MUN competition, and the experience is something I will remember for my whole life. For the most part the American kids were friendly and not loud, it was some international kids who were kinda loud and annoying to the guests. It was a great experience, and I'm glad the Hilton hosted the biggest MUN conference in the world.
