We loved our stay. Comfortable bed, spacious enough, great amenities (you'll dig the Bevi water), great location, we'd stay again. I'd recommend bringing ear pods or a sound machine to deal with outside noise. The windows aren't double glazed. We had trouble sleeping with all.of the interruptions. Still a great hotel.

We had this for our base when doing a short tour of North East (NYC / Niagara Falls / Washington DC) and it was exactly what we needed. Room a little small but hey it's NYC, staff excellent, location amazing. There is a little bar at the back of the lobby which is nice for a drink in the evening, also a restaurant next door,. We went into the restaurant one evening but too loud for us not a problem we were told, as we are staying in the hotel we can eat in the bar and it's the same food. The burger was to die for. Free water bottle (make a nice present) and coffee and tea. They will store your bags for free if you early arrival or later departure, they also offered to arrange transport which was a nice touch. When we were in Niagara Falls and Washington DC we were away for two nights each time and they stored one of our suitcases for $10 per day, but only charged for the full day we were away so $20 in total, excellent help. Overall can't fault anything about the hotel except the IPA range on offer was too nice

This is a great hotel. It’s located in a great spot, close to many major tourist attractions and as well as the Subway and Penn Station, which offers convenient access to the Long Island Rail Road back to JFK Airport. The rooms are small, but they’re comfortable and modern with a fridge, iron and ironing board, large TV, as well as a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The A/C was powerful and cooled down/warmed up the room quickly - my only criticism is that the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed, and we could hear other guests both in the early mornings and evenings. Reception offers a free baggage storage service and on check-in, you’re given a water bottle which can be filled at a new refreshment station on Floor 2, with lots of great flavours and the option to carbonate the water. Free snacks are provided in the afternoon and there are lots of options for teas, coffees, and hot chocolates. This forms part of your nightly ‘resort tax’ which some other guests seemed surprised about on checkout, so worth looking into! Staff were friendly, rooms cleaned to a high standard, and hotel generally well maintained. I’d return if I was to revisit New York City.

Rooms are very good, slightly small, but very well equipped. Got a reusable water bottle on arrival and there is a complimentary water station with flavoured water, and additives like electrolytes, vitamins and ? caffeine?? Rooms are a little bit noisy, but what city centre hotel doesn't get noise from outside. But it was a really nice touch.

Great location, friendly staff, large rooms for NYC. Close to the subway, bars and restaurants. Some street noise but nothing too horrendous. Would definitely recommend it, and if we are ever lucky enough to return to this fabulous city, we will be returning to the Kixby.
