Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Daily housekeeping was great! Not many hotels do this anymore. It was welcoming coming to a clean room and freshly made bed to rest on after a long day. It was my first time staying there and I had an amazing view. The Millennium is now my first choice place to stay when I’m in town for work. Perfect location for many conveniences like dining and shopping. But the best and most important thing to mention is I felt safe!

The room was nice (even if it could be refurbished), we had a very nice view on the 42nd floor. The hotel is central and several subway stops are really close, many shops and restaurants around.
The main issue is that they take a print of your bank card and over-bill you once you are left. I got a 546 Dollars extra withdrawn for my account 1 week after I left. This is confirmed by many other comment here.
I asked specifically for a complete invoice at check out, which did not show any of these extra fees.
I am now trying to recover these... wish me good luck to manage this from Europe!
Conclusion: avoid this hotel, find some more honest people

Photos are very deceiving. Rooms are in desperate need of an update. Carpets are stained, furniture beat up, TVs are old. 2 star level hotel at best… you can stay at a TRUE 4 or even 5 star hotel for the same price. If you want something nice, this isn’t it…
We asked to be moved to a remodeled room, and got moved to one that’s almost no different other than the view being better.

Stayed here when it was part of Hilton and it was great, but currently the quality of the rooms has degraded a lot. There is dust everywhere, the carpets seems like it is from the 1960’s which has never been cleaned, the passage looks like it was part of a haunted movie and don’t even get me started about the customer service it is beyond horrible.
The room is falling apart, the house cleaning teams doesn’t even bother cleaning it, the shower has water coming at the speed of tortoise, and the lift feels it’s going to crash down any second.
Millennium Hotel, if you like your brand and want to create a lasting impression fix this!

I told my company to never send me to this hotel again. Customer service was horrible, tried to charge $100 for early check in, even though the room was ready? I asked for a steamer 3 times and it ended up they couldn’t get me one. Attitude from front desk staff. Clean rooms and great views, the best part of the stay was Mike the door man. He was amazing, kind and helpful. Location is great, but will not be staying again.
