Honestly, based on the star rating I wasn’t expecting much from this hotel but I was very pleasantly surprised! The rooms were spacious by NYC standards. Rooms were also very clean! The staff was friendly. The best part? The hotel is tucked away a bit and we didn’t hear the sounds of the city at night! I’ll be back for this reason alone!

Stayed here with my sister for 3 nights. Awesome location close to train stations and not a super busy touristy area. Ashley who checked us in was AMAZING. So friendly & very helpful during our stay. My only complaint was the windows allow a lot of noise from outside in , construction in NYC starts very very early haha. We had an issue with our heat not working but they fixed that up for us fast. Housekeeping also did a great job. Thank you Four points and NYC for a memorable vacation

My husband for the weekend after the finished his work. The reason why the hotel is graded Lower is because the room is very small definitely not for a set of parent that has children.the bathroom as in great condition. It is a bit large for a bathroom. Now for the service. The maid did a wonderful job at pick our room maintained. The size if the room was dropping except it came wjrh . The hotel it’s self twice the cost then plane.

Brought a group of students here for a school trip. Tiny rooms with bad climate control led to poor sleep. There isn't even room for a mini fridge these boxes are so small. And the only way up or down to one's room is the elevators (one of which was broken during our stay), resulting in long lines to go up and long trips stopping at each floor going down—and there are no stairs. All this would have been sort of tolerable if, on our last day when we asked to use a conference room for a few minutes to debrief with the students (the rooms were too small for us all to fit in one at once), the hotel said they could only do that for an exorbitant sum. I would recommend staying anywhere but this place, frankly, from practically every standpoint. The signs on the wall that say their goal is a "10" rating for satisfaction are truly laughable.

First impression was promising. The staff was very welcoming and the location is central to a lot of the activities and venues we requested through our trip. My gripe is with room service during one of the nights on an issue with plumbing. Called the desk multiple times to have someone sent up with equipment and it was a no-show. Ended up falling asleep waiting for them. Called the morning after and got placed on hold twice. Both holds were so long that it ended up ringing again only to go silent and me having to hang up and call back. Once I get someone, I tell them I’ve been placed on hold and also didn’t get service requested from last night. They argued with me and coped an attitude. To add insult to injury, we leave the building and a piece of hard plastic from the ceiling falls off and hits me on the way out. I wasn’t hurt it just knocked me but damn.
