We stayed here for a week right before Christmas. We researched a lot and finally chose here because of kids activities and food. The food was amazing. We really enjoyed different cuisine every night. Our family stayed two rooms and they were able to move us next to each other. We did family photo shoot and got the photo album, and it was priceless! The only downside is that we had to wait for an hour to check in which is unacceptable!!!

Just came back from a 5-night stay with 4 adults and 1 toddler. It was our first time in Cancun so we had low expectations. Overall, we thought the rooms, food and amenities were very good. The resort is very kid-friendly and was never crowded. There weren't too many people in the pools at the various times of day we were there. The housekeeping staff, front desk and servers were all friendly and helpful. Out of the restaurants there, we enjoyed the Italian and Argentinian ones the best. Similar to what another review wrote, I would have liked to see more of the "surcharge" food items as being included with the all inclusive. But I think the value is still good for what we paid. We would definitely come back again!

Me and my wife had a great time here just wished it was a bit linger vacation. They had good food here but like every resort you get tired if the food. But they had 4 different restaurants you had to get a reservation to eat there but they were the good. Also loved the shrimp tacos by the pool and the sushi by the main bar. Thus place had a awesome pool and pool bar kid friendly.

We stayed at this resort a year ago, but I never got around to writing a review. We loved our stay here, and the service was impeccable. We loved all the restaurants and especially loved the staff that went above and beyond to make sure our experience was stellar. We also love how close everything was, easy to walk to, and although the beach did have some seaweed, we loved the beautiful water and the view. We will definitely be back!

This is my first review of an all inclusive resort stay in the Americas. I stayed here for a week and went in with a group. It felt like we were transported to paradise for 7 days. We were pampered by the courteous staff and the richness of the food and cuisine options available to our discretion here. The beach adjoining the resort offered crystal clear turquoise water thanks to the white sand. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned daily by the humble housekeeping staff. We were made to feel like some royal personage / or celebrity who were offered anything- literally anything-that we asked for. To sum up, it really needs a blog to explain how such a huge resort is managed to make sure everything that needs to go right indeed goes right with its guests. We really had a gala time here and would recommend anyone reading this to consider this resort.
