I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arlo and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. Alex at the front desk deserves special recognition for his outstanding service, as he went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was seamless and my needs were met throughout my stay. The bellboy service was exceptional as well, providing prompt assistance with my luggage and offering helpful tips about the hotel amenities. The management displayed a remarkable level of attentiveness and accommodation, promptly addressing any inquiries or requests I had during my time there. Overall, the service at Arlo surpassed my expectations, earning a solid 5-star rating. The dedication and friendliness of the staff truly made my stay memorable, and I am already looking forward to returning in the future. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their outstanding hospitality.

Sidney at the front desk was fantastic. 1st time for us staying in NY and picked this hotel. Sidney made me feel welcome, always had a smile and made sure my bags were stored safe while we could enjoy the city before our room was ready (we arrived very early since we just got off our cruise ship). Gurkan was also fantastic in taking care of our luggage and helping load the transportation to the airport. The entire hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were nice, and the location was great. We walked everywhere! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the city.

Absolutely ideal hotel for exploring new York. A ten minute walk from time square was very handy. We loved our room it was very small but we had amazing views and only really slept there and was put exploring all day. Great hotel would highly recommend and would certainly go back again.

I was so incredibly surprised with how clean, smooth, comfortable, and safe this hotel felt. I always have had bad experiences in NYC hotels and this felt like it was a whole new world! The room was so perfect with so much storage, extremely clean, and very nice amenities. Also the shower pressure was the best ever it was incredible. The gym was so fantastic, I wish I could go every day! The lobby and decor felt very upscale. I wish i got to try the bar but didnt have time. Would absolutely stay here again, the price cannot be beat!!

The best thing about this hotel is its central location in downtown, offering easy access to everything - from food and shopping to stunning nature views. Additionally, the hotel boasts a beautiful rooftop where guests can enjoy both sunrise and sunset vistas. During my stay, I encountered a friendly staff member, a girl with tall, curly hair, who works early mornings. When I inquired about a charger for my iPhone 14 upon arrival, she informed me that they didn't have one available. However, she neglected to mention that there was a charger already provided in the room. Consequently, I ended up purchasing one, only to discover two days later that there was indeed a charger in my room. Despite this minor oversight, my overall experience at the hotel was delightful, thanks to its prime location and pleasant amenities.
