If you want to stay on Disney property without the overwhelming Disney theme this is for you. Swan is gorgeous. The location between Epcot and Hollywood makes this a true gem. The rooms are currently undergoing a much needed refurbishment. There are many good food options in the area. It comes with the benefit of Disney Deluxe resort park perks. We’ve been here many times and really love staying here.

Stay 80+ nights at Marriott brands although the resort fee can seem a little redundant for me the resort is immaculate, and the staff is beyond helpful. Would easily stay at this property again easy access to Epcot & Hollywood Studios by boat or skyliner. Tons of shops on property and around the property can't really see me wanting to stay anywhere else phenomenal visit. Running a property this large I could only imagine what it takes but it's very clear that the leadership is strong there and it's reflected in both the staff and the facilities. Look forward to returning in the near future

Great rooms, new furnishings, comfortable beds, terrible service. I don't really blame the staff though; it just seems that Marriot has done everything they can to cut corners on staffing. The AI phone attendant is terrible (It never understood my requests) and when I finally got through to the front desk, there was always a 5-10 minute wait on hold. I then tried the chat in their app and it took 45 minutes for what should have been a 3 minute conversation. I tried for three days to get something delivered to my room, and eventually gave up because they never showed.

I have wanted to stay here since I saw this hotel 30 years ago. It totally lived up to all my expectations. My greeting started with Pablo and he was an absolute dream. He welcomed me and allowed me to gush over this beautiful resort. The pools are great. There are multiple hot tubs and the dolphin has Dole whip, so it doesn’t get better than that. It has great transportation to the park and Disney springs. It was clean, and the service was absolutely top-notch. I wish I could live at this resort.

We had to argue with the hotel to get room cleaned and towels changed every day(!) the hotel manager said we didn't request cleaning of our rooms every day through the booking.... First time we ever had to ask a hotel to perform this basic duty. Needless to say when you stay for ten days with kids you need cleaning in the room. Most miserable staff I have ever encountered in my life don't try to get a hello or good morning they are probably so fed up and under paid? Disney earns more and more and everyone working there hates it? This was our feeling after our holiday. Book somewhere else if you want a hotel that really want to look after you
