I absolutely loved my stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the location is close to everything. The hotel is reasonably priced, and the amenities are unbeatable! I loved the pool, but that jacuzzi can use a few more cleanings. Also, the phone didn't work in our room. No worries. This place is still a jewel. I would go back any day.

Room was clean when I checked in, which is probably the most important. The reason this isn’t a 5 star is because I was very disappointed by the noise issue and staff willingness to help. Make sure you confirm your room is not facing the road because it gets SO noisy all night. I specifically asked the front desk, who apparently was the supervisor, if the room is a quiet room and she said yes. When I realized at night that it’s too noisy, I asked to switch and they said no they’re sold out. This issue could have easily been mitigated from the beginning when I checked in if they swapped my room to a different area of the hotel when I asked. Also check in took so long it was incredibly bizarre. It took an hour for me to get to my room. The line was out the door, I have never seen this in my life before. They didn’t even offer anything, they could have offered late check out.

Nice hotel, my daughter and I felt very safe. The rooms are large, which we loved, and we enjoyed our stay. The Oasis bar and grill inside the restaurant has good food and a full liquor bar, but the drinks are a little pricey for the size. The lazy river pool is too cold to enjoy (while we were there anyway). But overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel to others

The hotel is just average. The rooms and area is clean, and they offer a fitness center as well as a pool. There is not much of a view. The rooms do not come with hand soap or coffee machines like most other hotels. However, there is a safe and microwave. The food at the Oasis bar within the hotel is bland, and the portions are very small. I do not recommend going there. Overall, the hotel is average, and I wouldn’t really recommend staying here as there are much better options elsewhere.

This hotel was an excellent value. The pool and lazy river were great and never too crowded. The food and drinks at the poolside bar were good and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an easy drive to Disney, but the hotel is located at a very busy intersection making coming/going by car or foot a bit tedious.
