I visited there for five days with my wife and 8 years old daughter. The crew is amazing. They are coming to give not just service, they give The best service. The rooms are equipped and big and clean, All the results are kept very clean and highly maintained. I want to say extra thanks to Drew, who was super nice to my daughter and let her pet every evening the sweet Dutch rabbit. Thank you Drew for making my daughter happy. Great place to stay with kids, we had a 2 bedroom suite and it’s basically like a fully stocked apartment! Sooo spacious and has everything you need, and there’s so many fun things to do at the resort itself you don’t even need to leave. The pools are super fun, and best of all they’re all heated so we were able to swim even when the weather only reached high sixties/low seventies. And very clean, from the pools to the room I stayed in, everything was very clean and well kept. My family had a blast here, the only downside was Orlando the city itself because it’s just so busy and crowded but the resort itself was like a nice little oasis, would definitely recommend and stay again

I stayed 4 nights and every night I had to get a new set of keys! As a single mom traveling with 3 kids, getting back late after Disney/SeaWorld and a beach day to our condo keys not working was very frustrating!! The first night they sent security, which took over 20 minutes. My kids and I were waiting in the dark and needing to use the bathroom. I went to the front desk the following morning and was told it wouldn't be an issue again. They lied to me and had no care in the world. They texted me everyday, bugged me about a timeshare and yet failed to mention I would again need a new set of keys. I would of been more than happy to stop by the front desk in the morning and pick up keys as we had to drive by it to get to our condo. I talked to several other guests, one family only had to get one new set of keys and another family waited 2 days for their toilet to be fixed or moved to another room. The location is under construction. Terrible customer service! They do not care.

I give the resort five stars because every time I have taken my kids here they always have a blast. The water park is kid friendly and just the right amount of slides, activities and fun for them. The entire family can enjoy the water park, but the main attraction is for the children which is an A+ for moms. Our townhouse was nice, but it doesn’t compare to the apartment we stayed in during our first visit. The apartment was spacious with a huge tube and we had no maintenance issues. This time with the town home it was smaller, our faucet was leaking and had to be replaced which interrupted our stay and we received a food voucher from the resort for the inconvenience instead of offering a discount on our stay or an offer towards our next stay. I believe that policy should definitely be changed especially since they have changed their branding. My kids favorite amenity was the pool of course. They enjoy going down the water slide. I was able to grab me a Long Island ice team from the bar and unwind while my kids were in eye view playing. After my refreshing drink we had some crispy mozzarella sticks, fries and chicken wings. Gorden, Sabrina, and Kevin were extremely helpful and provided great customer service, but Alaina did not at the bar. She was very impatient. At night we were able to go down to the beach area where they had an automatic fire pit and we made s'mores and played charades. There are other onsite activities offered at different times for the kids, but we never attend them because my kids are always in the water. There are several restaurants near by to choose from, Publix is right around the corner. Gas stations near by and shopping centers. You enjoy your stay since they are conveniently located near everything.

This place turned out to be the best laid back , easy going vacation spot, ideal for families with young children, the units are set up as full service apartments with a private balcony, washer and dryer, kitchenette, pots , pans and utensils for cooking. There's a grocery store about 3 miles away if you want to prepare your own meals, as well as lots of restaurants if you want to eat out. There are no beach access close by, we had to drive over an hour to the nearest clean beach
