This is our second stay here and we absolutely love it. The rooms are large and the suite we got is perfect for a family of 4. Parents have their own room and a kitchen separates the bedroom. Rooms are clean and well kept. The pool area is where the hotel shines. It’s located right in the middle of the hotel and there are plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. No scrambling to get chairs early in the morning. The restaurant has delicious food and the bar and cocktails are super. They have music and entertainment around the pool which makes it very unique here in Orlando. They have all types of entertainers coming around every so often. David and Maribel come around with frozen grapes for everyone around the pool which was such a sweet treat in this hot summer day. Our kids love it here and we will certainly be staying again.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location for the activities we had planned. Great sized room with the most comfortable bed...so important to get a good sleep on a busy holiday. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great facilities. We particularly found the laundry room handy! Would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Melia Hotel in Orlando, FL and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was even able to check in a little early due to my early flight, which was a pleasant surprise. The food at the Wilson restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the service was impeccable. One morning, I was informed that I needed to wear a shirt in the restaurant (instead of just my swimsuit top), however, I could be seated outside on the patio in a swimsuit. I politely declined and was pleased to sit on the patio. The hostess went above and beyond by offering me her jacket so that I could still sit inside if I wanted to. The level of care and thoughtfulness from the staff truly impressed me. The pool at the hotel was also a highlight of my stay. It was beautiful and never crowded, and the servers were always on hand to bring drinks and ensure that guests were well taken care of. Overall, my stay at the Melia Hotel was perfect and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable!

No water- tub and shower don't work. Most lamps are broken. 2 of 3 phones don't work. No one in the office ever answers the phone, so all your calls go to a call center out of state. I paid $200 for this "4 star" hotel. It was full of children from some cheering competition, which is fine, but the pool area was a loud, shrieking experience that could be heard from several stories above, even with windows shut. So no relaxing time in the pool, jacuzzi, or even in the room until the pool was emptied around 10:30. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Altogether, a terrible value overall. Pros: the people at the desk, who you cannot reach by phone, are very polite and helpful in person.

The rooms are great but they need to remove the headboards they are stained and it doesn’t look good. First 2 pictures are from D building room 429. They switched rooms to building B room 511 same issue last two pictures. I suggest removing headboards and add a nice background picture. Otherwise I highly suggest this hotel. I loved the pool area. I watched the Disney fireworks from my balcony. I loved the room key bracelet. The front desk was wonderful. Great customer service.
