My child and I had a terrible week to say the least. He made All Stars Baseball but all of his hard work was ripped out from underneath him when they kicked him off of the team after he was fitted for his uniform and went to his first practice because when I signed him up for spring ball he was 8 and when he made All Stars after working so hard during the spring season he had turned 9. We decided to get away for the weekend to pretty much escape reality for a little bit. The front desk receptionist that helped us had no idea what had been going on in our lives but she could tell and said I looked tired and overwhelmed and gave me 4 free vouchers for drinks from the bar… also I booked a balcony room but not overlooking the pool but that is what she gave us. The view was amazing!! Also, the bartender was very kind and generous and spot on! Guest Tip… if you’re getting free drink vouchers buy something from the quick cart (if you don’t have cash) so you can tip them beforehand. I tipped him when I got my first drink off of my card for all four of mine and he was motivated and happy to take better care of me! My child and I got to see the hot air balloon take off and come back down from Disney Springs! He was super excited and it lifted his spirits playing in the beautiful pool and getting to experience that.

Holiday Inn Disney Springs is our absolute favorite place to stay in Florida! Not only is is great because of the proximity to Disney (walking distance to Disney Springs and bus transportation is available to the parks), but also because of the amazing service the wonderful people that work there provide! Every single person from the Front desk staff, to the restaurant/bar/kitchen and anyone else you may meet always greets you and makes you feel so welcome! The food and drinks are tasty, with a big variety at breakfast (omelet bar and mickey waffles!) The pool is newly redone and always so clean. Always recommend this hotel to everyone we know!

After three stays i can confirm Excellent hotel, great location, even better staff! Close to Disney springs with bus service to parks. Rj and the rest of the staff make you feel at home. Never had a problem always immaculate rooms and great service. Even the valet is professional and has a wonderful attitude. Will definitely be back again!

I loved this hotel. Checked in with a large party after a long day of travel. It was about 10:30pm on Sunday 12/3 and the young lady at the front desk was an absolute delight. The check in was fast and the young lady was able to give me and my sister adjoining rooms, which we loved. The valets drivers were great and so friendly each and every interaction. Rooms were clean, we had a great view, and we were so comfortable. Pool area was very nice as well as the bar. Only issue is that breakfast is a bit on the pricey side but. I would definitely stay here again considering how close it is to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc. This was a great stay!

good location to disney springs. convenient bridge/path to and from hotel. seemed like a safe area. hotel staff was friendly and helpful. lobby was nice but really needs updating as do the rooms. rooms were dated but clean. bathroom needs work in tub area with old and discolored grout. toilet slow to flush. beds/pillows were okay. pool was nice. noisy ice machine in hall kept us awake. no inside stairs to get up to room. had to walk outside and ask security to open door so i could get to room. fee to park ($23) high for hotel. breakfast for $35 rediculous for a 2-3 star hotel with minimal choices. expected all of this with a 2-3 star hotel. you needed to make a reservation to take the bus to the parks. bus drivers were friendly and helpful. i would not return to this hotel as i prefer a cleaner, more luxurious hotel with more amenities closer to or in the park.
