Good Bits: - The pool was lovely, with free towels available. - Nice sized balcony. - The rooms were a good size. - Fridge had an ice maker - Easy walk to Outlets and stores Some minor issues: - The rooms could have done with a better clean before we got them. There was dust on top of the fridge and some old food under the sofa. - The washing machine was faulty and took 4 days for them to fix before we could do our washing. - One of the hob rings did not work.

Stayed here recently on the weekend , I was unsure of it because I saw mixed reviews. Everyone was super friendly! Our room was wonderful and it was very quiet at night. Our kids enjoyed staying here and the pool was their favorite part! Beds were comfortable, ac worked well. Lots of stuff with in driving distance. We will definitely be staying here again.

We visited Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa over spring break 2024. Check in was quick. Directions were clear. The resort grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The location of the resort is convenient to many things. We had no trouble navigating at all. There was plenty of parking and the parking garage was big enough for our large van! We rarely have that. The view from our room was great and we appreciated the speed of the elevators. We rarely waited. Staff were kind. We appreciated that when we needed something (towels, toilet paper) it would be quickly delivered. The pools were great and we could always find a spot to sit. We loved that pool towels were provided. We especially loved sitting on our deck at our room. We loved walking to the outlet mall. Our Disney fireworks view was fun, but not a huge deal. They were pretty far away. We wouldn’t pay extra for the view again. The sunset views were incredible though. The good outweighed the bad, but our biggest downside was the furniture in our room. The chairs were stained pretty badly and torn in places. Our beds sunk to the middle. We tried to get a different mattress, but there were none available. Also, our dishwasher wasn’t secured so it flopped forward when we would open the door. Our keys also stopped working multiple times.

If you’re on a budget and don’t mind rooms that are not updated this is the place for you. I did not interact with the front desk much, check in/out was fast and easy. The apartments have old furniture, not in good condition. A few things did not work well: drawers, washer/dryer, stove top. The coffee is bad, bring your own. The pool is very nice and the kids enjoyed it. It’s in a convenient location, close to parks and supermarket.

So far, so good. Wonderful room, wonderful view. Check in went great. I went back to ask questions about the amenities available. The concierge was talking with someone else. I got closer to be able to hear. He asked me if I needed anything. I told him I wanted to hear about the amenities too. He said: I’m busy with a personal conversation with someone! Please leave! So I did. All I can say is Rude! Can’t imagine that’s the way most people expect to be treated at a resort. Not pleased at all!
