Good location and nice view.
Comfortable, quiet, and clean rooms.
Very friendly staff especially at the reception.
Great diversity of food options for breakfast.
We had a great time there and we recommend it for families and couples.

The worst experience we ever had. The staff has no service at all. Everyone is so miserable, the hotel itself is CRYING for renovation.
The only person that was bubbly and helpful is Milena.
You can hear cleaners shouting out loud to another cleaner that the previous guest left a room in the mess and she killed her back to clean the room.
Our room was disgusting in some places, I don’t know what sort of cleaning you call this.
The only positive thing I can say is the view from our room, it was BEAUTIFUL especially with the sunset.
We specifically booked one night coming from another city so we recharge, rest and get some positive energy but all we got is negative vibes.
What a waste of our time.
No way this hotel is a 5* .
On pictures you can tell the level of cleaning and maintenance they have.

I have had the opportunity to stay in numerous world-class hotels that truly live up to their 5-star rating, recognised globally for their exceptional quality. However, this hotel does not meet the standards of a genuine 5-star establishment. Although the rooms were pleasant, comfortable, and clean, they did not match up to expectations.
What truly sets apart a top-tier hotel is its service, and regrettably, this is where this particular hotel fell short. While some members of the staff, particularly the cleaners, were lovely, I found some of the reception staff to be generally lacking in providing the level of service I expected. It was particularly disheartening when my friend and I were met with laughter after inquiring about the location of the nearest bus stop, as if we were somehow inferior for choosing public transportation. Moreover, we received little assistance and were mostly left to figure things out on our own. This was a highly disappointing experience.
Overall, while the hotel boasted certain positive aspects such as comfortable rooms, it failed to meet the expected standards of a 5-star resort. The service, especially at the reception, left much to be desired and did not align with the level of quality I have come to expect from a 5 star hotel.

We ate at the Zephyros Taverna. Yesterday we were told opening was 12:00 midday, today when we went to meet friends at 12:00 were told 12:30! The website needs updating. The food was good and value for money, although one of our party (a trained chef) didn't approve of the moussaka 🙂. Nice for a lunch catch up.

Be careful as it’s rated 5 stars but it’s maybe 3 stars, the breakfast is edible but nothing outstanding, person from bars are very attentive but receptionists don’t know what service is, rooms are not soundproof so if you are planning a romantic and peaceful stay forget it as you’ll have kids crying all the time, it’s very well located just in front of a nice beach to swim , the toilet paper looks like sandpaper.
