Here for an international dog show. Does service like this even exist?? Best service I have had in the past 20 years. The service is genuine, that is what makes it so special!! Amazing breakfast, location and lovely rooms. Not too exploited beach, Natural and beautiful. Dog friendly. Just amazing all around experience!!!

The resort is awesome, with fantastic rooms and perfect service. The only feature you can't see from the photos is related to loud disco music from the hotel restaurant. As the restaurant is open air, the music "spreads" around, and the hotel turns into an IBIZA-style one. It might be surprising, especially if your room is towards the sea (the restaurant is on the beach). My experience comes from Friday 4 PM.

In general it was a good stay... There were small details here and there but overall it was one of the best in Cyprus for sure. Service I gave 4* as maybe 1-2 from staff could be better but otherwise it was all 5*

We didn't know when we made our reservation that this was voted the #1 hotel in Cyprus but after a great experience we now know why! Their staff is as nice as it gets, Christina, one of the managers at the front desk, is an example of what an employee in a hospitality business should be! Professional, genuinely nice, always stepping in to solve any issue, I haven't seen this level of customer service in a long time! The hotel has many restaurants, our favorite is Namos, a Mediterranean restaurant with the best view ever right by the beach. The whole fish and the prawns, grilled, were super tasty and so was the pasta, but it's a little too pricey for what it offers. The waiters were very nice and attentive. The Gallery restaurant is nice for a quick bite, their outdoor seating has gorgeous beach views as well and excellent coffee. Our least favorite was the French LPM. It was good French food, the snails and fish were good the rest was just fine, but it is a franchise so the whole atmosphere amd employees aren't quite as nice and kids didn't seem welcomed much though they were still allowed. We loved our stay and took a quick trip to the nearby village, which is definitely a must see. It's called Lefkara and we absolutely loved it. Overall it was a great few days and we hope we'll be back again!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially thanks to the professionalism of Manager Cristina who promptly resolved an issue we had. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable, and the entire staff is very friendly. Perfect for family and suitable also for couples, I highly recommend staying here!
