STAFF RECEPTION!! One lady very rude the rest of them were lovely and nice to talk to. There’s 3 of us On a girls holiday asking about the boat excursion and instantly she was raising her voice for no reason. Maybe because we look young but Just disrespectful and made it difficult to book. Thankfully we went and had a good time the driver was lovely.

In general, the hotel is fine. The service and cleanness in the restaurant was good, the food was delicious. The drawbacks: room cleaning (floor was not cleaned every day), the sound isolation in the room could be better, and there was almost no information for the guests as to where the facilities are (pool, sauna, spa etc.), what time they are open, the wifi password information in the room was not correct.

Rooms: broken and dirty (ah and smelly).
Food: dead cat or this would be a hard choice.
General Maintenance: Al-Qaeda military base.
Price: well.. they would have had to pay me for me to consider this place an acceptable deal.
But the owner or manager seemed to have paid for having good reviews on google maps so at least they care about something...

Just returned home having spent a week in this beautiful hotel. What absolutely wonderful staff. They go way above and beyond to help, such friendly people, nothing was ever too much trouble. One of the waiters on the main buffet restaurant Shaki Ahmed was so helpful, polite and courteous, as were most of the waiting staff and bar people. I also had an amazing back massage from the wonderful Anna in the spa, it was truly amazing. The sunsets are beautiful if you manage to have a beautiful room with a sea view. We will definitely return to this hotel again. Date visited 16/2/24- 23/2/24

We stayed at this hotel as there was a large party of us for a wedding.
I have to stay I was very disappointed with this hotel, the rooms were not up to 5 star standard, the food was terrible and the staff were very rude both the staff at the buffet and the reception staff.
One staff member shouted at us after asking for spoons which is a complete joke.
There are a lot nicer hotels to this one don't waste your money.
