I stayed here for 3 days and the entire time I just felt amazing. When I first walked in the staff were super friendly and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for my room. Going to my room was quite an adventure but arriving was so worth it. The room was so clean and had an amazing view of the lake. The beds were also comfortable. When it came time to go to the water park we all had a blast, especially on the lazy river. The food was good but not mouth watering. ( I would rate it a 8/10 ) And we got lost on the way back because of how large the hotel was but the helpful staff kindly gave us directions on where to go. I will definitely be coming back during the summer!!

We were fortunate enough to stay for a week at The Grove in mid-March. We had a lovely 3-bed/3-bath condo with a screened-in balcony overlooking the water park. From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful experience!
We traveled with two other families - parents the majority of the week joined by our daughters who traveled to perform with their high school at Disney Springs - and were so pleasantly surprised by The Grove!
The condo was just right - calm, neutral colors, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and a kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfasts, snacks, and of course, cocktails! We laughed making several "small pots" of coffee each morning but it tasted great! We used the washer/dryer for pool towels and a quick load before flying home, as well as the dishwasher daily.
The servers and bartenders at the restaurants/poolside were friendly, attentive, and professional. We enjoyed one full day at the pool/lazy river, as well as quick dips early evening after the parks. If we called for more towels or sheets/pillows for the pull-out couch, the staff brought them with a smile.
The grounds were lovely and well-maintained - coming from Pennsylvania, it was nice to see flowers blooming so early in the spring!
We could not have stayed in a hotel for the price we paid for The Grove - it's perfect for families with young children or teens and is close to everything!
We had so much fun together and made great memories. We highly recommend The Grove and will definitely stay there next time we are in Orlando! 🌴🌞❤️

We stayed 11 nights and loved it! Would highly recommend. Beautiful place to stay.
My only complaints would be that they don’t use fitted sheets on the bed (which was annoying), didn’t have a cheese grater, salt&pepper and some other kitchen stuff that I would expect and also the store there is very pricey. Overall, a great experience. Our room had a view of the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and EPCOT every night. So cool.

3-star rating for what is, at best, a 3-star resort.
Comments added below - I think the main issue we had was in being 'over sold' on what to expect; both by the positioning on the website (great marketing) and the 4.5 Stars from Virgin Atlantic Holidays (we are from UK).
Our initial experience was extremely poor, the welcome from Reception/Check-In was not great - our rooms (we were travelling with friends) weren't ready, and we weren't great any indication of when they would be - eventually we got into our rooms at 18:45.
The rooms/suite was good - very spacious and we had a 2-bedroom suite so good to get some space from our daughter after sharing a room at Disney. The suite was sparsely furnished, however the bigger problems were the lack of towels - one bath towel per person and no hand towels.
We stayed 6 nights and had no housekeeping (bar bins emptied).
Although the location might be great for those wanting some peace from theme park madness, we found it a little remote. The advertised theme park buses are really poor - nothing to Animal Kingdom and one a day to the other parks, a couple of which do not leave leave until 11.00 so not helpful for those wanting a full day in the park.
I know the above 2 points are covered in the FAQs, but we hadn't read these so highlighting for others who might not have spotted the small print.
The pool is 'okay' - the water park is really a cold lazy river and 2 slides, the pool bar (Longboard I think) shut at 16.30 when we were there (beginning April) so no option for late swim and a beer - something that we had hoped for.
The Spring Bar & Grill is not a bar - there are two sofa areas with tatty seats, not somewhere to seat and relax over a drink or two.
We eat in the restaurant, good service, friendly waitress, food was okay but pricey.
The Alfresco Market has a great selection of food, drink and tasty pizzas - all a bit pricey, but no worse than elsewhere we stayed.
All in all, a cost effective option - not a luxury resort choice.

This place was absolutely beautiful! We had an awful time at another hotel and we were able to come here and get a room for 2 nights on extremely short notice! Room was amazing, very clean, great view and all around a great room to stay! Also felt safe being at this resort!
The pool area was a great place to hang out, very clean, nice staff and good place to eat lunch!
Loved having the parking garages close to the rooms.
