This was my first time staying at this hotel and I must say It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I was trying with family in a villa for 1 night then enjoying my own suite for the next 4 nights. There was some confusion when I booked my trip as to the type of room that I wanted. Natalie V. ( I hope you see this! sorry it took so long) was so gracious, kind, and accommodating to my needs. She got me the most beautiful room that in the left side of the hotel facing the main pool with a balcony which was exactly what I wanted. She offered me some of the rum punch (which is delicious). Her kindness and attention to detail really made my trip so much more enjoyable. I hope she gets a promotion and a big raise! All in all this was a fantastic resort, don't walk RUN and stay here.

Although our stay was nice and quiet for the majority of our stay, I must say I was shocked to find out this is a newer hotel/resort. Our room had a lot of stains on the desk, nightstand and bathroom. Our beds box springs had covers on them that wore, stained and torn. Definitely needs a little updating there. The chill pool was amazingly clean, quiet and peaceful. Only issue. It was cold. Even though they said pools were heated. Staff was amazing. When we called for extra towels, we got them very quickly. The ability to walk to restaurants and stores was great. Felt safe at all times. All around highly recommended for your stay. We will be back.

One of the best resorts I have been to in the Orlando. The property was beautiful, it was like being on a Caribbean Island. It has a water park, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa I stayed in was amazing and it is a family hotel with lots of things for your children. I highly recommend if you’re visiting Orlando and don’t want to go to the Parks.

Great location, lots to do. We had a private cottage with a private pool and hot tub. Free transport service off offered. Great resort pool with live music and great bartenders! The Promenade has restaurants, bars, ice shops, arcades, and much more. There was a cool car show happening when we were there as well. Also, if you like adrenaline, they have a ride called the Sling...must try at sunset.. it breath taking.

This place was amazing. We rented a 3 bedroom villa…Everything was so beautiful and the shuttle service was a great addition since we were so far away from the amenities. The resort is located near shopping so it’s easy to grab groceries or medication or other items. The pools were so fun and relaxing. Love the sand and the wading pool for the baby! We rented cabanas which had great locations along the water. I even was able to visit the spa for a massage and that was great too. Wish I would have had more time in the salt room.
Next time I would rent a cottage though. They seem to be much closer to the lobby and pool and walking would eliminate a lot of wait time. Not a huge change but would have made getting around with kids much easier.
