This hotel surprised me (in a good way). The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The bottom floor did smell like dog though, so if you don’t have a dog like me, it can throw you off. We were moved to the 3rd floor which was excellent and I enjoyed the pool view. The location and the boat to universal truly is wonderful. Loved going to the parks early then returning mid day, hassle free for a nap. Lastly, the staff are SO nice and SO kind!! From the front desk to the baggage people to the pool staff, everyone was amazing!

We did not stay here but we’re killing time and decided to look around. It looks like a great place. A good mix of modern and old world feel. Layout is comfortable for just strolling around. There is very convenient taxi to the Universal city walk, with very little wait time. But the walking path is also a great relaxing stroll, to the same destination. Paths are well maintained.

This is a resort to stay in if you want to spend all your time at the universal parks. It’s a short ferry ride to the heart of the action and has lots of find stuff for kids to do in and around the pool when you want to cool off. The rooms are quite small for the price and everything is an extra charge. Parking costs $33 to $45 per day. Breakfast buffet is $36 per head with taxes and tips. Food was just about average but very expensive. The staff is wonderful and the service is excellent. The common areas are spacious and well maintained.

Fantastic Stay at Sapphire Falls Our recent stay at Sapphire Falls was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our experience at Sapphire Falls. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience. We look forward to returning in the future!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, clean, smells amazing, spacious and great views and scenery. Very close to the parks, the boat ride is nice but it is also nice to do the garden walk. We stayed in a lagoon view room, it was lovely, had plenty of space and the view was beautiful. The room included a hair dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, all worked very well and were clean. Would have rated 5 stars but the only negative letting it down is the cost to park, even without valet parking for 10 days it was still over $300 which is absurd!
