Nice enough rooms, but they don't even have a microwave 🙄. I find it bizarre how even a cheap motel and an expensive 5 star suite can have a microwave, but there aren't any these rooms. The location is SUPERB! Walkable to all the main attractions and good restaurants and clubs. Staff is friendly and personable.

This is such a beautiful hotel! My husband and I were here for a business event. The event space was stunning, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the amenities, like the beautiful pool and hot tub. There is high quality and enjoyable food at the hotel restaurants and store as well. Highly recommend this hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

Really great. Excellent location. I do wish there was a little more clarity on what was open and how late, but overall the amenities and service were fabulous. Great bartenders at Rocks bar and excellent dinner at Fiorenzo and lunch at the diner. Pretty much, you’ve got all you need here. It’s quite good.

We usually stay at Hyatt properties because they are always clean, great staff and offer breakfasts. This was our first time at a Regency property and we were very impressed.
We came for our anniversary and unfortunately didn't know about the cheer and volleyball competition going on in the same area so it was packed with teens running around everywhere. So we didn't get the chance to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Despite the amount of people staying the night was surprisingly quiet.
The nice young man at the front desk made our trip back to our room special for our anniversary by adding a nice drink and cookies.
The location was great and close to the theme parks and other activities as well.
Overall, the hotel and staff were great and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency for making our anniversary memorable!

This is a great hotel with good facilities. I stayed here for a convention and can't fault them.
Only reason I didn't give the five stars is that it's so big, it's was difficult to feel cozy/ homely. It was a bit like staying in a beehive. If you like that sort of place or you're there for work I'd highly recommend it. It's got two great pool areas, several restaurants etc.
I personally wouldn't stay there privately out of personal preference.
