The customer service was absolutely amazing. The check in process was easy and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Anytime I requested anything for my room or otherwise it was handled quickly. Rooms cleaned daily and towels replenished daily. Rooms are a bit dated. Carpet could use cleaning and the electricity outlets were loose amd did not hold a charger in. 😑 Other than that, I loved my stay. The pool area was kept very clean and well and the staff in that area were friendly and attentive as well. I also liked the night movies played at the pool. That was a nice touch. The proximity to the parks were super convenient and the express passes definitely came in handy. I didn't get to eat any of the hotel food, but other guest said they enjoyed it. Actually I did have funnel cake fries and they were delicious. My kids really enjoyed the water slide and said they liked the room as well. I would consider a future stay, I would just like to see some updates to rooms.

What I love about this place is the staff...always friendly and engaging. The rooms are nice but nothing extraordinary. The pool is awesome, food expensive, location is the best of the universal properties as it is closest to the parks. It is faster to walk than to take the boats. Make sure you select the upgrade if available box when you book. We were upgraded to the club level which is key access only and comes with additional perks like free breakfast on the 7th floor and snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Our family had been dying to get to Universal and we had decided to for sure stay on site at one of their resorts. I will always be grateful for booking at the Hard Rock! We could have gone cheaper and stayed at a basic resort but this was WORTH the upgrade. Our package included express passes, early admission, park tickets, and we 'splurged' and did Club Level. I would recommend it to anyone. Club level was an amazing deal; we arrived at the hotel in the mid afternoon and were able to grab chips on the way to our room while we figured out lunch. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day; and did lunch in the parks or at City Walk. And after a swim in the great kid friendly pool; we showered, got our jammies on and enjoyed our club level dessert at 8pm. If you are going to Universal - look no further; book here. It's the closest walk to the parks, you can take the shuttle or canal boat if you want. Your kids will love the pool and water slide, the movie at the pool at sunset and the great DJ they have with fun games throughout the day too. And the staff- I have never been to a resort were the staff were as friendly and amazing as here. This place is the whole package. And treat yourself to Club Level! You're worth it!

The Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando has a beautiful ambiance, with a fun and lively rock and roll theme. The unlimited park passes were a standout feature, offering convenient access to Universal Orlando. However, despite the charm and park benefits, the experience didn't meet my expectations. The room quality, especially for the price, was disappointing. In comparison, the rooms at Cabana Bay Beach Resort are larger, more affordable, and offer a better view. Overall, the value for money at the Hard Rock Hotel didn't quite match what I anticipated. The parking experience at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando was inconvenient. There were no clear elevators from the parking lot to the building. I had to walk down and around the parking area, then back up to the front to re-enter the building, all while managing a stroller. If elevators existed, they weren't clearly advertised or easy to locate. This made navigating the hotel particularly challenging with a stroller and luggage.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming environment and clean. We ate at the Kitchen, nice variety on the menu and the food was delicious. Chef Shawn, came out to speak with us concerning my son's peanut and tree nut allergies. He answered all of our questions concerning preparation and cross contamination. We felt at ease after our discussion, that the food was safe for our son to it. Pool area is nice, the DJ was great and the staff from the Beach Club was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.
