We arrived at midnight and the front desk was not very hospitable. Our room was clean and comfortable. New dishes were in the cupboard, not dirty but they still had the new stickers on the bottom. Our showers drained slowly. Water pressure isn't good. Water is hot, that's a plus. AC won't go below 70 but they do have ceiling fans. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. Nice pool area. We would stay again.

Nice setup with the kitchen, washer and dryer. We had the two bedroom. It was clean and plenty of room. The pool area is beautiful, plenty of towels and room to sit. There is even an arcade that our kids enjoyed. Our flight was delayed and they let us check out an hour late. Was much appreciated. Would stay here again for sure

Great resort! I've stayed here a few times and its always great. Mary-Lou was great at the front desk and staff is always so nice. Rooms are always clean and kids have a blast at the pool. This place will continue to be our family's choice when in Orlando.

Reminiscent of an apartment complex with additional amenities. Check-in was a breeze. Although the 3 bedrooms I booked & paid for were not given to me, the resort manager compensated my family with some other perks, which was satisfactory. Although we we only stayed 1 night, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pool was a bit chilly, and the hot tub was warm. Great 80's music played by the bar. We had a few cocktails that were made perfect. Rooms were clean, plus a fully stocked kitchen for us. Jacuzzi was a plus in the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend staying here. I was promised a bottle of bubbly which I didn't receive... but that wasn't an issue. Lovely resort! I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

My family and I arrived late due to flight delay, I emailed the hotel to notify them and I received a reply 11 days later as I arrived home after the holiday. During check-in the hotel receptionist was very rude and barely looked at me. She gave very little details about my stay and was very grumpy. A lady arrived to transport our luggage to block D and again didn't speak or look at us never mind help us with our luggage!! We did not feel welcome and at the point I had regretted booking this hotel. The hotel room was adequate with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge. Great space for a family of five. After 4 days I had to request fresh towels and sheets and for the garbage to be emptied. The floors appeared clean but our socks got black from walking around the hotel room- disgusting! The rooms were adequate but tatty and in need of an upgrade but was ok for the price we paid. The location was good enough but I don't think I'd return. I certainly didn't feel welcome except the ground staff around the hotel were very friendly.
