This is easily one of the best Disney resorts. It is very clean and the staff is attentive and kind. House keeping comes by everyday to take trash and if you give them a call they will come by with whatever you need. The pool area is very well maintained and refreshed all day everyday. The animal are out all day everyday. They can be viewed from several areas and are very well maintained. The hotel activities were so fun and priced well for all to enjoy. The gift shop has everything you need that you may have forgotten at home. Book this hotel for your Disney trip you will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful time at the resort. The animal encounters and character dining were particularly enjoyable. While the rooms may be considered basic for the price, the overall experience of the resort makes up for it. After all, if you're spending most of your time in your room, you're missing out on all the amazing things the resort has to offer.

This is the perfect hotel if you want to bring your family to Disney , but don’t want to be in the middle of all the action. I found this hotel to be very relaxing. We had animal friends outside our room around cocktail hour . My friend and l ate one night at the lounge and shared the appetizers . They were delicious! The next evening we grabbed a quick dinner from the pool restaurant and sat on a balcony overlooking the animals. It was relaxing after a busy day. ( It had a different Savannah view than our room .) The main pool is amazing for kids and adults with lots of shady spots and spots away from the activities. The only problem is that is only bus transportation provide from this hotel .

Amazing place to stay when visiting Disney. The rooms were clean and spacious. It's fantastic to wake up to giraffes, zebra and wildebeest right off of your balcony in the morning. The staff are knowledgeable and super accommodating. The restaurants and bar are excellent. Great place to stay. Definitely try it out if you are planning a trip to Disney!!!

Had the best vacation here. We stayed on the third floor in a Savannah view room and were absolutely loving all the animals we got to see. We found most came out around 3pm and then again around 11-midnight. The rooms are sound proofed really well, you can hear the animals if you open your patio door but if you shut it, it’s so quiet. Unforgettable experience. Also dined at Boma for brunch which was excellent. Deluxe resorts can be expensive but you really get your moneys worth — no Uber costs, early and late park entry so lighting lanes aren’t necessary to buy, free coffee in the room, free reusable water bottle refills at the Maya restaurant, can leave your bags with the front desk at checkout so you don’t have to rent a locker in the park on your last day. You save money in other ways. And the experience is priceless ;)
