It's a very nice resort, not too big, and mostly quiet (they did start some renovations when we stayed there, but it wasn't too noisy). Most staff are nice, some of them are really don't like what they do, or the guests, and it's noticeable.
The roads between the buildings are beautiful and provide an amazing view.
The transportation to the parks (buses) and Disney Springs (boat/bus) is amazing and efficient. The food is good.
The pool was closed when we stayed there (opened on our last day at the resort), but it seems it's a great attraction for families.
Will definitely consider going back there on our next WDW vacation

Really loved our stay here. It's kind of off the beaten path. Aside from the minor inconvenience of some construction, it was quiet where you want it quiet, and lively where you'd like it lively.
The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Only real complaint for the room was the shower area, it honestly felt like a motel 6 at best. I'd expect nicer everything for that price point, or even Disney in general.
The service was wonderful. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to help in any way needed.
They have several quick service food shops, a gift shop which sells everything from bathing suits to alcohol, a bar, and plenty of sitting area to enjoy your meal.
The pool and hot tub are great. Nice slide for the kids (and adults) to play on.
Bus transport available to all parks. River transportation to Disney Springs. The river ride was enjoyable.
All in all, will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our family, 2 adults, a 12 year old and a 2 year old, stayed here and we loved it. The grounds are well kept and overall it's a smaller resort so it made getting around easy. The bus stop it just a few steps away from the lobby. The rooms are older but still very clean and certainly stay cool. Comes with mini fridge in the room and a curtain to close off the entire bathroom vanity area for more space and privacy. Our kids loved it and the value is unbelievable. Food court in the lobby and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend as we found spending more on a Disney hotel is a bit of a waste, as you are only there to sleep!

My view is probably a bit skewed as we arrived this week to find no boats to Disney Springs and no pool with 97 degrees projected. Weather can’t be helped but communication was poor. We weren’t told before our arrival about the pool, we would have changed or canceled. We usually love FQ.
The beignets are amazing. On the positive it’s a small resort with kind staff. Good quick serve options. Buses come quickly and often.
I’m hoping this bad experience was a fluke.

Honestly, I believe this place is underrated. I know I hadn't heard much about this resort before booking it, but it was a good decision. We went at what I would think is a crowded time, and there weren't many people to have to worry about. Getting food was easy, the service is what you would expect from disney, and our room was very nice and clean. Of course, with the location being a Disney property, you get the perks of the bus, and this one has an added bonus of a ferry to take you to Disney springs. We did have to wait 20 minutes for the boat when we went, but it was expected. The bus ride was not crowded and easy to get on.
