Really like the hotel. One star deducted because no hand towels in room, the tea kettle powerpoint was not working, WC was quite old design and inconvenient to use and no charging ports for devices near the bed or on desk. Located in central KL. Super spacious rooms, excellent view of the city, breakfast buffet had good variety. Very helpful and courteous staff. Overall a very good experience.

2 stars for the price of RM30 per room but provide only one towel. Lol. The nasi lemak from DCafe Prihatin was served cold and suspected made yesterday and refrigerated. Just hope we dont get a tummy ache later. The room was such in disrepair that we decided to not stay another night. The place itself is run by volunteers. And several lifts were not working and not being repaired. Would I ever come again? Maybe not.

Firstly, the interior design is pretty good and the food was good and fresh, no complaint on that, but when it comes to the room service and quality, that's where it goes bad. When we entered the hotel room we saw stains on the bedsheets, the chair, the curtains, etc there were no plug points anywhere else in the room to charge phones or other gadgets so wet had to use the plug points of the lamps, speaking of lamps thete was no proper lighting in the room other than that of the windows tho it had a terrific view, even the service had many flaws, once they clean a room they'll miss something or the other to replace, a socket point stopped working after sometime too

When we're given the room key after check-in, we found that the room wasn't being cleaned yet. Informed the front desk & she helped to change to the other room Few occasions we found that the room toilet was leaking & when we informed the housekeeping, they told us not to wash our clothes which we never did. Nevertheless, they came & clean the toilet. However, it kept leaking & water seems like stagnant on the floor. We also had the phone problem when we tried to call the operator & I had to call the hotel from my mobile to inform them the issue. The bed felt discomfort when we're asleep as it seems to have a slight bend in the middle causing backache when we woke up. The only good thing about the hotel is the location & nearby to all the transport services.

Spacious rooms and good view nearest metro station is chow kit (Monorail route). They have Indian restaurant in the hotel. Food is okay okay not that tasty. Hotel service is good but limited water bottles 2 per day in a room. Lol that’s a joke. Overall staff is cool. Had a good time
