We had a twin room. It was tiny, and they were small single beds. The actual room was small and very limited space. I was told this was because it was a corner room. The l'occasion was excellent and the hotel was very clean. One day the room had not been cleaned by 4pm despite us putting the "clean my room" label on the door at 9am.

This hotel is one of my favourite. The room, service, location and the staff are all excellent. We as a customer become more comfortable because they been helping us. So if u want to find somewhere to stay in kl so this place should be one of the ur choice. 🥰

It was a satisfactory stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods and drinks. The staffs were polite and nice but there were no follow ups. I had to give several reminders. I suggest to have a better communication system between teams. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, lighting could be improved in the middle part of the room. Overall, my stay was acceptable, though I could not say the same for the reservation part (It was so stressful!) My advice is to make a reservation at least 2 months ahead (as their reservation team takes a long time to reply) and to call a week before to confirm. It took me over a month just to make a simple reservation and I had to call several times to make sure that the team had gotten my emails. Even the call is not guaranteed to be answered.

Ideal location just across the Pavilion link bridge. Rooms were great. Service was excellent. Accommodated every small request we had. I've found my new favourite hotel in KL.

Misaki Suzuki
The room was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. Very comfortable. The location was excellent. Most of the staff were helpful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Despite big selection, most food didn't appeal to us: chemical flavored dessert, low quality bread,... I sent an email to the hotel after checking out when I noticed something missing from our luggage. They never replied.
