Quite strange dealing with them. No receipt at all. Must pay cash. Kinda whispering talking with the guy. I feel like doing illegal stuff. So strange. Electricity Black-out at least 7 time in one night. And hiding charge on the arrival. Very confusing ! May I know the main hotel and the hotel apartment berjaya times square, are they the same management or different?

We were upgraded to a Club room which was a nice gesture. Room was large with a comfortable lounging are, large TV and wardrobes plus a purpose built unit for suitcases. Carpet was very nice and new. Bathrooms should be in a museum, with a poor repair to the bath and cracks in one of the sinks, and the hot water system is very poor. Despite following the instructions we hardly managed a trickle of hot water. Breakfast wasn't great. Location is very good withvoews over KL.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night and put a deposit RM200 . The room is big but smelly typical old hotel . The water pressure is super low and for a 5star hotel? The staff has no communication between them . Told me that I could extend my stay for another night then when I went to reception . They said differently . Took my deposit 200 and ask me for 50 more for late check out . And this hotel price for 1night is 300 . They and they charge you late check out is 250 . What kind of nonsense is that . And also they asked me to pay 800 if I want to change my room . 800 ? There’s thousands of hotels that better than this hotel for a RM800 . Not gonna stay here again

Lobby was extremely noisy with thr tour leaders screaming across the lobby.
The room was dusty. And was invaded by cockroaches. Its like literally everywhere from kitchen to the 2 bedrooms and the living area. So disgusting.
The only good things i can say abt the hotel
- walking distance to malls
- theme park
- complimentary soya drinks and snacks from jollybean.

Near a large shopping mall. The room is big with strong shower. The breakfast is average. The swimming pool with a twin tower view is most attrative to me. If you time, highly recommend you to swim at the level 14. But you need to bring your own towel.
