Absolutely enjoyed ourselves here on Mother’s Day (2024)! Lovely staffs who are very friendly. They organised cake decorating competition for mother’s day and we had so much fun! Brought back lots of memories with my mum! Thanks for the wonderful experience! ♥️ Looking forward to celebrating more happy moments with you!

The hotel is truly abominable: terrible organization and food truly disgusting to the palate. The service is painful: I draw a veil of pity to the lady at the reception who, if I may dare, she really doesn't understand anything. The matter would be long to explain, but if I could just say how much time I wasted because of this lady who continued to say that the room card worked, when in fact it was totally unusable, I would praise the disgusting place in which she put us. sent the agency. I risked, together with my family, sleeping outside the room like imbeciles waiting for the next day to be able to enter, but in the end, with a bit of bad manners, we managed it. This hotel is guilty of too much pride, and although it may seem beautiful and rich on the surface, in reality it is truly despicable. Rooms not very clean. Acceptable gym. To you users who ever read this review, in case you ever stop in this disgusting building, I hope you never have to experience the bad experience that my family and I had. I really don't recommend it to anyone!! 👎👎

Had a beautiful stay at Ibis KLCC. The rooms and services were amazing the staffs were also very friendly & supportive for helping us with site seeing and local trips. The hotel is located in a remarkable spot and we were able to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers the rooms were very top notch and we were able to sleep very peacefully. Extremely delighted with the stay and Service.

Good value for money. Rooms are large, clean and modern. It’s a popular hotel and it can get very busy at times. The restaurant on the 10th floor is great, worth trying when you don’t want to venture out. The pool is on the smaller side but not too bad. It can get busy at times with kids and couples taking pictures. Don’t expect to be able to get any proper swimming done if that’s your intention. That being said if you come early when it opens at 7am you will likely have the pool to yourself for half an hour. Also, you do not have a view of the twin towers from the pool, regardless the view is nice. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from the twin towers and there are lots of places to eat nearby. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in the city centre. Klcc twin tower at walkable distance. Lot of eateries nearby. We were a family of 4 (2 kids) and took 2 standard rooms. Rooms were small but had all the amenities, hair dryer, dry iron and ironing table, locker etc. The roof top swimming pool was awesome. The buffet breakfast was very good and had a good spread. Though hotel didn't allow early checkin, they let us keep our luggage safe and also there are spacious rest rooms near the lobby which we could use for freshening up. I recommend 👍
