There were lots of positives but still will not book this again. The rooms were huge, the biggest I have seen, like 2 rooms, one living one bedroom. The furnishings were good, there was even a good desk with an executive chair in the living room part. The hotel was high standards in looks, very classy lobby, building, etc. Location was good, there were restaurants, 7 eleven etc. close by. The breakfast had limited vegetarian options and whatever there was, was not tasty. I considered going out for the second day rather than have the free breakfast. I would recommend booking the place without breakfast and use the saved money to have a good breakfast outside. Ordered room service one night, it was very slow and expensive, and the food was not good. Asked them to send toilet paper on second day (it was not replaced when room was made-up), they said they will send some, on calling second time after half an hour they said they can't send it, it will be replaced "later" probably meant after my check-out. Will not book this hotel or recommend it based on my experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made my experience truly memorable. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, with beautifully appointed rooms, fantastic amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

I stayed for almost a month for business purposes with my team and this is such a memorable stayed ever. The room was really great. staff are really great, especially Abdullah that is really kind and helpful. He deserve special recognition for their remarkable efforts in making our time at Furama truly exceptional. Also the other staff. Will comeback again!!

Stayed in May 2024 in the 'family quad room' Props to the operations team for doing it's best to make the stay enjoyable for customers however, the overall experience is mixed - Pool was closed when I was there. We were informed about this in advance which is fine, but we weren't able to review the facility as a result - Gym was well equipped but dirty. Sweat and dried perspiration was evidence of the lack of cleaning to the gym. Equipment was high quality but not maintained well (button on 2 of the 3 treadmills did not function). No towel service for the gym and sanitizer was empty. - Toilet clocked 2x in my room during my 4 day stay and we had to call housekeeping to manage this. - Props to housekeeping who did the best they could to keep rooms and facilities tidy and clean - Lifts are over utilised and wait for lifts took more than 10mins on some mornings/ evenings - Shower curtain was moldy and bathtub had stains - Aircon was leaking

Our stay at your hotel unfortunately fell short of expectations. We had booked two rooms well in advance, but upon arrival, were informed that only twin bed rooms were available. While we understood and accepted this due to limited options, the subsequent issues significantly impacted our experience. Both rooms had significant problems: leaking air conditioners and unpleasant odors. We promptly reported these issues to the staff, who unfortunately displayed a dismissive and rude attitude. We were eventually moved to different rooms due to the leaks, but further complications arose. Despite booking and paying for four nights, the hotel staff only entered our reservation for three nights. We notified them of this discrepancy on the third day, but were instructed to bring it up again on the fourth day. We did so, and were assured the issue was resolved. However, upon returning from sightseeing, our room keys wouldn't work, revealing the mistake had not been corrected. We were again forced to inform the staff and wait for the issue to be addressed. This series of inconveniences and the dismissive attitude of the staff, particularly the manager, significantly detracted from our experience. As a four-star hotel, we expected a higher level of service and professionalism. While we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism we encountered was deeply disappointing. We would not to recommend this hotel to others based on our experience.
