Stayed 5 nights in swim up room. Pool is nice but .8 metre is too shallow. That's the room pool. Main multiple pools is nice with swim up bars. Get to the rooms if don't want to walk by golf cart's. Breakfast is best in any 5 star. Variety and quality service is also tops. The other restaurants I feel lack Variety quality and service of 5 star. But still nice just if could improve somewhere it's those. Views are great and very few mosquito. If expect to walk into town. No. But they do have taxi

In general, the Westin Siray Bay is a good hotel where we enjoyed a lot as a family. The rooms throughout the hotel are located on steep slopes, so it’s something to consider if we can’t move around easily. In any case, there are golf carts that can be called and usually arrive at our room to pick us up in about 5 or 10 minutes. It’s not a big inconvenience, but it’s something to keep in mind. You also have to climb hills or stairs to go to the beach or places like the gym. The beach, although small in the photos, is quite comfortable and does not usually fill up with people. There is a bar nearby from which they can bring drinks at an additional cost. On the beach itself, we can do activities like windsurfing, kayaking, etc. The hotel organizes excursions, but our experience was that it was much cheaper to organize them with external agencies. It takes approximately one hour to get to or from the airport. The approximate cost of both a taxi and the hotel transport, which must be arranged with them in advance, is about 1300 baht. We were a bit disappointed with the all-inclusive mode, as there are many drinks and a large part of the menu in the three restaurants that exist in the hotel that are not included and for which you have to pay an additional charge. In any case, if we were to return to this hotel, we would probably choose this mode again. The only really negative aspect of the hotel was the continuous confusion during the check-in process on the first day, and the fact that they did not give us the room until 17:30, even though it is supposed to be available from 15:00. This made us have to wait several hours sitting in the armchairs in front of reception. In any case, they offered us compensation. While the location of the hotel is good and quiet, it should be noted that practically anywhere in Phuket takes at least 15 minutes by car. The breakfast and the three restaurants that the hotel offers are quite complete, we have no complaints, although they do not stand out in any special way. The rooms could be better cared for, although this is not a particularly negative aspect of this hotel.

Writing this review white I am staying here . . as not sure why few negative reviews. Hotel location is little outside from Phuket happening places but near to old town, not great beach, rest everything is perfect. During check-in staffs hospitality and personal touch is awesome, special to mention Tina from reception, buggy driver and restaurant servers. Rooms are perfect with lot of options, as platinum member got upgraded without asking. Breakfast selection is nice and restaurant menu is ok. Overall value for money to get luxury service and stay. Mostly used Grab to move around as that’s economical, hotel has free shuttle to Old Town and Patong beach. Definitely will return for peaceful holiday again.

Stayed here for 4D3N. I feel the service really is what sets this Westin above - every staff member was so accommodating, warm, helpful and thoughtful, noticing details and making the effort to make us as comfortable as possible (eg offering ginger and honey with my tea as they noticed I was coughing, offering beach shoes as they noticed we were struggling a bit to walk in the water). Some things that could be improved in my opinion is maybe the decor and little amenities in the rooms, and unfortunately the beach did have trash (in the water and on the sand) when we were there, although we saw staff working to clean it. That said, these things did not impact our stay very much at all; it was enjoyable and comfortable all the way through.
