Really nice stay. A nice enjoyable location away from the tourist trail. Nut at the Mosaic (restaurant) made every meal a memorable one. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. If you are looking for nightlife right outside of your hotel, this stay might not be for you. But if you are looking for a nice private getaway, I highly recommend the Phuket Panwa Beachfront Resort.

Superb hotel. The main lobby is stunning. The hotel itself maybe slightly better suited to business that holidays makers but there are plenty of excellent facilities. The splash pool bar being our personal favourite. The views out to the bay are beautiful and watching the sunrise as you have breakfast in the main restaurant is a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful and we had a lovely stay.

I stayed here over 2023-2024 New Years and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the service, the views, the pool, the fresh coconuts, the INCREDIBLE massage therapists….. This was unforgettable. The staff all seem to love what they do and are more than willing to help you. I even met the GM himself who was very hands on! Although I think he might be retired now but he loved to get the staff involved and everyone put on such a great new years event for us - which we didn’t even realise we’d booked until we checked in so that was a happy surprise! The pool was beautiful and it was a good location if you want to stay away from the parties and loud noises. The beds were so comfortable and the AC in the rooms were a nice getaway from the heat. There’s a 7-eleven down the road about 2 min walk. There’s also a restaurant across the road if you want to try something new. Otherwise you can book a Grab which is really cheap but you’ll need to link your card to the app - can’t remember if they take cash too. The Grab will take you to nearby restaurants further south. If you book day trips, they pick you up from the hotel which is awesome. Special shoutout to Oil and the other masseuses at Pawan Panwa Spa… Love you girls so much and miss you all. They were phenomenal and I felt so relaxed after all my spa treatments almost everyday! They give you a little drink before and after which I’m trying to replicate at home… Doesn’t taste as good as the ones you girls made for me! I’ll definitely be back and I’ve already told so many people about this place. Also if you have kids, it’s a great place for kids but I was just traveling with my partner.

We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. We had an oceanview room with spectacular sunrise views every morning. The servers at breakfast were wonderful and I especially appreciate Nam for letting me practice my little bit of Thai with her. The staff also brought a cake and sang happy birthday to my husband, which was a lovely surprise. The spa was amazing. I had 3 sessions during our stay. The Panwa area is much more quiet than the popular Patong area, which we liked. We would absolutely stay here again.

Came in with a big group to check in overnight at Phuket Panwa Beachfront Resort. Prior to join our vessel. So far the room is big and has a balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. Our room is spacious and equiped with bath tub (there a few hair in the tub so did not use it) toilet has a bidet which is a plus for me. Shower pressure is good but not that strong or maybe beacause we are on the highest floor but it should not be. Check in process was quick but they did not have the time to explain like how to connect to the wifi but thats ok again as it was easy upon calling the front desk when we got to our rooms. Restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast it was buffet so its a self service. When we entered no one was is at the entrance to welcome you and you can just go straight to which ever table you wanted to sit. Food selection at the dinner is a bit limited and it took some time for them to refill the meals like the chicken curry so we have to tell them that theres nothing left. Floor supervisor should always take a look at the buffet so that no one will have to wait if it is a self service. Breakfast same thing there is no coffee available and we still have to wait for a few minutes. Some staff and crew does not speak english so I have to settle with what they could offer me at the egg scramble section. So far I have no complain hope they fix some of this small and minor details. The hotel looks good just staff and crew needs a little more of training and I am sure service will be fantastic in no time and guest will flock the place.
