Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who served drinks and cold face cloths. Our room was available immediately. We were not disappointed a wonderful modern room with all the necessary amenities with an unbelievable view of the ocean. Towels were thick and pure white along with bed change everyday! All staff were wonderful and dressed immaculately in smart uniforms. Food and drinks excelled our expectations. Breakfast was unbelievable and the Italian restaurant is a must!! Around the pool there is a pool boy who brings around mini cocktails and watermelon also serving water at your lounger. The small touches go a long way. Naithon itself did not impress me so much but would I visit again to stay in this hotel? 100% YES!!

Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach Where do I start? Apparently, the resort was fully booked, but it certainly did not feel that way. Albert and Brett run a tight ship and the staff are fabulous … friendly, efficient and accommodating. The rooms are decorated beautifully, and the bed was so comfortable. Our bathroom was like a spa. Both pools are wonderful, with the adults-only pool fabulous for some quiet time. Every bar and food venue were terrific. The breakfasts were the best I have had and that is a big call. It was lovely wandering down to Naithon Beach each day and even lovelier returning to the resort. The location is fabulous. This trip was a much-needed break with three of my gorgeous cousins. I look forward to returning with my immediate family and can easily understand why my cousin Jenny has stayed eight times to date. Thank you to everyone at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach who made our stay so wonderful.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. I tend to like smaller upscale resorts and this was just up my alley. The price was competitive to the area and level of resort. It was very easy to navigate around on foot and transport shuttle. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. The food and cocktails were always delicious as well. The gorgeous beach views ties it all together. Well done.

A large group of family and friends stayed at the hotel for the wedding that they were hosting for my nephew. The staff always greet you with a smile and are more than willing to help. Whether that is to change the pool towel, provide more milk for your room, arrange a taxi, transfer you to the restaurants along the beach etc. The buffet breakfast is amazing covering not just the traditional international breakfast items but also curries, noodles, smoothies, street food. The pools are are good size and you can usually find a sunbed though it might be a distance from the pool. The beach is clean and you aren't hassled by sellers. It's easily reached down some steps or you can take the regular buggy transport from the hotel.

This is by far the best hotel/ resort I've stayed in and I can't stretch enough on how incredible my stay was! The resort location is incredibly amazing on a hilltop! It's so big that we had to travel via buggies from our rooms to any other amenities. The room was quite spacious, bathroom had a bunch of mirrors all seamlessly placed across the place(i took so many pictures of it for my own rooms interior decoration!). They had 2 beautiful infinity pools one by the rooms and one by the reception, both really cool but the beauty of main pool by sunset was just mesmerizing. One community centre was housing the gym and spa and let me tell you it was so satisfying to see an aptly setup gym in a hotel for once. The lightning there was better than what I find at my daily gym! The only issue if I had to nitpick was that the pool closes off after sunset (around 7 i think) which is such a waste of an incredible hilltop infinity pool - just imagine chilling by it with blue-green glowing lights inside the pool in the middle of the night - true Heaven! Also, i couldn't find any open restaurant to dine in after 10pm but only room service was available which was kinda weird So in a nutshell I'd move in to this place if it weren't so expensive but definitely worth all the money.
