Was a nice family oriented place to stay. Very good food at the restaurant. Walking distance to the beach. Electric shuttle cars to get you everywhere on the resort. Very nice water park. Grounds are kept very clean. My room had a refrigerator and coffee maker,which was nice. No microwave though. It would be nice if there were ice machines available in the hotel buildings, but there weren't. We booked a James Bond island tour at the hotel lobby, which was awesome. Overall it's was a wonderful place to stay. I would come back here without hesitation.

It's right next to the airport and great for families. There is a part on the beach where the planes land and take off that's very cool. Although, the airport is so close, you do not hear the planes from your rooms. Stayed in the penthouse. It was clean and loved having our own pool. The food at the restaurants were decent, but I'm a picky eater. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Thai's over the Hill
This is a really nice resort, especially if you have small kids. The water park is nice and not crowded. They have good restaurants but the breakfast is not great. Trying to cater to to many people at one. Gets very crowded and has limited seating. The rooms are very spacious and very good views. The balcony is very nice to have. You can watch the planes take off and land and is not very loud and distracting. Big minus is it is very far from towns in phuket. The traffic can be brutal as well. But over all it is a very nice and relaxing resort.

ROOM: The resort has spacious rooms, it is ideal for traveling with family and it is also child friendly: multiple water activities for children. RESORT: The resort is quite big and boogies are available to roam around it. The restaurant where breakfast buffet is served is also spacious with various dishes to choose from. BEACH: The beach is typical for Thailand: sandy and with nice waves: you can also take pictures with the airplanes flight quite low since the airport is close by. The surroundings offer you a variety of activities: local restaurants, massage, but also places to book day trips.

Great sunset view there. But quite noisy cos next to the runway. The hot season be there. The room was terrible. One screw was out on the staircase, lucky no one got hurt. Left over guest rubbish in the laudary basket, not enough towels. Called the operator like waiting for the God replies. The most unbelievable was locked in the bedroom inside. Couldn't open from inside. Lucky could open from outside. The front desk gave a free dinner for my terrible experience. How u know more terrible experience was that dinner. We went to the beach restaurant and the waitress gave us the menu. After we told her about the free dinner. She checked with the front desk. Suddenly the waitress took my menu without consent from my hand then put a menu set A, B and C. We left the restaurant immediately. Then the front desk staff whatsapp me what happened. And who will send a fruit plate at 9:45pm and my last night staying. This was not my first time staying in the splash beach resort. But totally upset this time.
