We stayed here for Mother's day weekend. They have mother's day activities for the kid's which was nice.. Also one of the concierge, Nathalie was really nice and helpful! She takes her job seriously she was always helpful and always smiling whenever we see her. Well everyone was very helpful in general but she just stood out for us. A+ experience!

I love love love this hotel. I usually book a room here and its worth every dollar spent. Today I purchased a day pass on Resort pass app. It was fantastic Jacob was awesome and attentive , spent the day hanging out by the pool with my girls. The food is great , drinks are strong, i have zero complaints . Going to make this my go to spot atleast twice a month. The bartender was also super sweet we got some food and drinks from her before actually sitting by the pool.

An exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived until we left 4 days later, we enjoyed every aspect of the stay.
Shout outs to Samuel at the front desk, the valet parking team, room service, and the breakfast buffet staff. Our go to Hilton in Orlando. You will not be disappointed. Golf pros are excellent as well.

Our experience at the Waldorf hotel fell short of expectations across various aspects. The spa lacked amenities and showed signs of aging, notably with hair on the steam room walls. The service at the bar was disappointing; despite attempting to dine there twice, we were never acknowledged, prompting us to dine elsewhere. Additionally, during our visit, we had approximately 2 1/2 hours between spa appointments and requested lunch while we waited. However, we were informed that due to it being a busier day, being Mother’s Day weekend, we would have to go down to the lobby for dining options. This added inconvenience further detracted from our overall experience. Furthermore, inconsistency in the soap dispensers and shower fragrances was noticeable, with some missing in certain showers. The seating areas for guests waiting between spa appointments consisted of simple couches with magazines, lacking the expected comfort and ambiance.

We love this hotel. Like truly love it. We've stayed at the Waldorf Orlando a handful of times now and I keep expecting to run into a snag or two during our stays but they just keep wow-ing us. The resort is top notch, laid back and updated. The rooms have all the features you'd expect from a modern resort with that extra twist of upscale that they deliver consistently. Their room service options for breakfast and late night snacks are unique and delicious, as is their coffee...which is tough to find anywhere on Disney properties. This particular stay we had some issues with our meal at La Luce, at Peacock Alley AND from our room all that were handled promptly, kindly and with no hesitation. The staff across the board from the front desk to the valet and room service are all exceptional. We continue to make an effort to stay here when we visit and we'll be continuing to do so.
