My family and I got the day pass to enjoy the pools for my birthday yesterday. We had an absolute blast! Probably one of my best birthdays. My 2 y/o son was the happiest little guy ever and enjoyed the kids slide so much! Im so happy he was able to go on. We spent 5 hours in that area alone. The service was wonderful and prompt. Prices are what you would expect at a resort. The resort grounds were very well maintained. My husband and I agreed next time we go we will have to get ourselves a room and check out the area a bit more! So much better than crowded theme parks. Cant wait to go back.

Drove in and found a parking spot of my choice. First thing I noticed was all the colorful flowers, crystal clear pool and what a great example of organized and neat layout of the property. Front desk was very helpful. Not only did they direct me to my destination but were able to inform me of all the exclusive opportunities that awaited for me there.

This is a very nice four star hotel, resort and convention center. I would give it five stars if it were a five star hotel however it is not. Nonetheless an impressive facility with attentive staff, nice restaurant, nice gardens and pools, golf, driving range. The rooms and convention center were very nice as well.

Service was good. Rooms clean but old. All of the restaurants and venues were packed and would have to wait to get in for average an hour. We got used ti the down stairs sandwich shop which was the only place to get in more quickly. Shout out for the gift shop. They overheard my wife dealing with the passing of her mother and surprised her with a small gift and note of condolences...this was a 5 star on its own.

FANTASTIC PLACE! My wife and I enjoyed this resort immensely. The lazy river and wave pool were big bonuses. I enjoyed the driving range at night as well. 👌 Excellent Resort Vacation.
