Great hotel! Had a wonderful experience watching the cars race from our rooms, service is excellent! Check-in experience could have been better with the front desk staff, seemed to be impatient.. Breakfast spread is perfect for the long day ahead going to the parks..

Went to Brunch in Garage at the 'W' Abu Dhabi. It was amazing!! Wonderful selection of food, beautifully presented, and the best quality.. very delicious. I will definitely have to go back to try everything there. Entertainment was also fun and made the environment very exciting.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The swimming pool also was good, with a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast restaurant had a good view of the racing circuit and their staff were courteous and prompt with our orders. I would recommend this for a luxury cum comfortable stay and play at Yas.

We were lucky to get a nice suite with view on the marina. Very spacious, comfortable and super well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Super nice breakfast. Location is great if you want to be nearby the parks and airport but a bit noisy.

The hotel receptionists are unqualified , we booked three rooms one double room and two joined rooms. They said it's unavailable due the hotel fullybooked , when we said it's not our fault it's hotel fault and should upgrade us, surprised the rooms are availableas as we booked. They also asking unnecessary questions of our booking and having wrong information , which indicated their incompetent. The rooms are big but could not sleep due to the bad smells. This is because of the bathroom , the wall is made of glass no privacy in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good and variety but staff are rude , arrogant , thery are completely unprofessional. one staff male Indian look down at me when I asked for tissue and other female Indian shout at me . I was shocked , I had never saw services staff scream to the guest . I did not see any staff scream at the guests when they are using their hands to put food in their plate. Despite the spoons are provided in every dish. We had early checkout and the hotel did not provide us with packed breakfast , despite the breakfast charges included in our rooms. I had been to other hotels and they all provide with packed breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again neither my family.
