The Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island premium all-inclusive programme includes the following:
- Buffet breakfast at Turquoise (7am to 11am)
- Buffet lunch at Turquoise (12.30pm to 3pm)
- Buffet dinner at Turquoise (7pm to 10pm) or a la carte dinner at Aja, L’Olivo and Mermaid (additional charges apply for the live teppanyaki show at Aja and table reservation at a la carte restaurants, with the exception of People’s)
- Dinner at Club House (Villa guests only)
- Saturday brunch at Turquoise (1pm to 4pm)
- 'One time order' room service for guests arriving late who check in during hotel closing time
- Beverages including a selection of beers, spirits, wine, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, energy drinks and water

No cover charge will be applied in any of the a la carte restaurants (excluding teppanyaki show). A five course meal is served at all restaurants from an a la carte menu and unlimited beverages from a dedicated menu. Guests can enjoy the Live Teppanyaki show at Aja Restaurant for AED 150 per adult and AED 75 per child (5-11 years), with children aged 4 and below on a complimentary basis. A la carte restaurants cannot be visited on arrival day. Reservation is required for a la carte restaurants and subject to availability. The dress codes in all restaurants is smart casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts and closed shoes. Slipper or sandals are not allowed. We stayed at the hotel for a week with my husband and truly enjoyed our stay!
Guest relation Olga gave us free update for a cozy room with a beautiful view. And all staff was very pleasant and helpful during our trip.
We absolutely love the design, the ambience, the comfort, the service. And the food and drinks: we were impressed how good it was considering it is all inclusive!
And a lot of indoor and outdoor activities, you just never get bored and don’t want to leave the resort…

Amazing hotel!! One of the best luxury experiences I’ve ever had. What made a difference was also the elite sports club with trainer Amro who was so guest oriented and really motivated us to the right trainings in the best instructed way. It was so much fun. Perfect hotel for sports lovers and luxury expectations

It’s a big hotel and great for kids which is why we chose to come here. Service is great and Dasun at the poolside made sure we were well looked after. He came over daily to make sure we had everything we needed. A true asset to the hotel.
The other point mentioning is the team at the Kids club who ensured our children were not only entertained but also kept wanting to go back.
Overall it was a pleasurable stay.

Good hotel in a very nice place. What is expected from Rixos is higher service level and customer orientation. Just few example:
- The guy came to the room at 23.45 to bring towels and pillows, while everybody was already sleeping (especially the kids);
- He took the bag for laundry, and laundry called back at midnight to say that some stains could be resistant. At midnight!!
- Our parents book a room as well, and when we accompanied them to the room the host called security ("it is a room for two, why are you here, show me your ID")
- Birds are everywhere, and in the restaurant terrace it is just going crazy (seats and tables are marked with birds poop, birds are stealing food from tables, etc).
- Not enough sunbeds on the beach so you need to go earlier before breakfast to "book" a Sunday (seriously? In a 5 star hotel?)
The location is nice, the sea is beautiful. The design of the hotels is luxurious and very refined. Food and drinks are OK, good quality and variety.
So it would be great if some basic things are properly managed.

Elflabera was excellent at the bar! One day there wasn’t seats at the pool and she made sure she found us some and then looked after us very well all week. Making sure our drinks were topped up all week!!
Sometimes around the pool was busy and you had to put your towel down to get a seat.
Kids club was excellent, staff very helpful and looked after the kids well and made them feel welcome!
Room service dinner for the kids was brilliant and included on the all inclusive plan. Premium drinks lovely!
Gorgeous beach and sea. We had a room with a shared access pool but it was shaded the whole time on that pool so we hardly used it.
