Love this resort people, drinks and service. Everyone so friendly, guests are happy. Our favorite part is getting Vivian’s from Dora!❤️ We came this time because we love Valentin imperial, everything is amazing here the weather was fantastic, the food A+, the ambience was relaxing and the main pool was so busy and fun. We like the hit from Mexico, we are from Kansas City and it’s not the same. I gonna live here!!! I love relaxing with my friends and feel like a home. Thank you one more time for memorable time vacation. All the staff were so attentive they work so hard and we appreciated that’s why we still coming back year after year.

My roommates are super clean and the food is amazing! We love Dora and the rest of the staff! Gabino, Ariel, Teresa and Albino took great care of us. We love the cocktail bar and the different concepts for restaurants. These guys are so accommodating! We love the quietness of the Golden pool but the large pool offers so much fun if you're into that! This is our second trip and we already have our third booked! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful resort, amazing staff! Dora was absolutely wonderful with her helpfulness, tips and tricks! Alejandra at the main pool always goes above and beyond to make us happy! You definitely don't want to miss this resort! Our favorite restaurant was the Italian but all the food is really good. Don't miss the fish fingers at Mar y Terra for lunch! Third time visiting and will be back again and again!

This was one of the most wonderful vacations that we’ve ever spent as a family. Dora was incredible. The service is impeccable. Food was delicious. Dora invited us to the beach for a cleanup to support the turtle season, which was a wonderful experience The beach experience was done with our entire family, which was phenomenal The rooms were clean and our favorite restaurant was the hibachi grill. Weather was fantastic. Pool was clean plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy.

First time guests! A group of 6 of us came and we all had the best time. Room was great but we really didn’t spend a lot of time there. So much to do at the pools and beach and then plenty of night time activities! Dora was so fun and Amado was amazing with the pool drink service. We got the prive package and loved having the reserved pool and beach beds. Oscar and Marco were so nice and had our beds ready for us every day. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
