Had the best time staying at the Ocean Maya Royale! We were there a few weeks ago in April. The beach was great and the water calm and warm. The suites and food was really good but the staff made our stay amazing. One staff in particular that stood out was a beautiful young lady named Adela Delfuego. She was wonderful to talk to and her smile lit up the resort. Adela talked to us all about the resort and about Mexico and the city she is from. She always made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying at the Ocean Maya Royale again the next time we visit stunning Mexico.

We just spent 3 nights at Ocean Maya Royale and we have nothing but amazing things to say about the place. The resort has a family like feeling and the staff are all amazing. The Blue team in particular was absolutely spectacular in making sure everyone was enjoying their time. A huge shout out to sexy Jules, Kendal, Alexander, Adela, Garcia, Cheeky Baby, and Margarita for being so welcoming and always ensuring a fantastic energy and atmosphere during the day at the pool as well as at the evening entertainment. The rooms were very clean and provided everything we needed. We loved how small the resort was. Everything was a couple minute walk. The grounds were meticulously maintained and the food was all great. The lobby bar had the best espresso martini we’ve ever had and a great atmosphere to hang out before dinner. We look forward to visiting again! Thank you!

Had a wonderful vacation, the grounds and scenery were all breathtaking. The most impressive part by far was the staff. Every single person was friendly courteous and helpful. Kendall stood out above all, his amazing gift for remembering every single person's name, and where they were from, was superb. His energy, and fun level was the best I've seen. Everyone of our party of 9 were beyond words for how great he, and all the staff, made our vacation next level. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view we got to experience at the Italian restaurant. A perfect mix of fun, sun and relaxation.

The staff at this resort really made the experience so wonderful. I came with my best friend for a girls trip and the best time.
Adela was like a friend you haven’t seen in years. She was so sweet and kind. Just was the heart of our trip.
Alexander was also great! Always sweet and I loved talking to him about everything.
I came with one friend but felt like I was surrounded by friends all week.

We loved Ocean Maya Royale, leaving today after being here for 6 days. The staff were so friendly - shout out to the Blue team - Adela was the sweetest and so attentive. She was courteous and welcomed us and provided great customer service. They had fun games and entertainment and really got to know the guests. All the bartenders were also amazing and remembered all of our drinks. All the restaurant staff provided excellent customer service. We were so happy and would definitely return!
