We had dinner tonight and the service was amazing!! Ulises, Jose, Gabriel, and Arely gave us amazing service! I couldn’t ask for anything better. My favorite dinner experience so far for sure. I really enjoyed Ulises, he was fantastic at explaining what he was doing. Being someone who likes to cook, I really appreciate him going the extra mile to explain. They made our kids feel very welcome as well. Thank you to their team for such a great time.

The resort is lovely. It’s spacious and clean, and the staff are exceptional. The variety of food at the buffet is perfect. The service staff are friendly, welcoming, funny and kind. David Padilla served us many times, and by the end of the week, I felt like I had found a new friend. I highly recommend coming here. The kid's play area is also great

I would like to leave a special review for Rolando, our waiter at route 66, since I arrived Thursday 25/4 and tried all the restaurants, I haven’t come across a waiter so kind, helpful, polite and friendly like Rolando. He made sure we were looked after, went out of his way to assist husband and our friends and really made our evening special!! I recommend everyone to try the nachos there, it was actually better than Margaritas but most of all, 5 stars for Rolando amongst all the waiters and hotel staff!! Thank you so much!

The food here was absolutely lovely! Our hostess Diana was so sweet and then the service by Rolando was amazing! He couldn’t have been more attentive, smiley and happy! And the manager Ivan was also lovely and wanted to make sure we had a good evening. Thank you so much Route 66!

We have had a great time visiting the Ocean Riviera Paradise. The selling factor for booking, was the kids activities and kids menu.
This is my first time in Mexico and this was a great introduction. We received plenty of attentive and great service throughout the resort. And the team doing the kids activities are great at getting the kids engaged and involved. A couple of minor hiccups during our stay, we arrived quite late on the first night and I felt a little lost, the front desk staff didn’t explain how to find our room, a couple of broken toilet seats at the pool washrooms, bed pillows could use some replacing (they’re a bit flat), they’re doing some repairs and upgrades so there is some paint smell in the room but not bad, my gut was upset on one of the days, maybe from the food, I’ll never know. I did 4 stars for location only because of how long it took to get from the airport, the resort itself is gorgeous. Overall, this was a great trip! We would totally come back!
