The service here was top of the line! The staff makes you feel like they are here for you and you only. It was a wonderful experience. The resort was super fun with good food and exciting entertainment. One of our favorite acts was the magic show. Hernan was amazing! He had us stunned, shocked, and wanting more! Would definitely recommend catching one of his performances while staying here.

The entertainment crew ANGEL and REUBEN are absolutely amazing!!! Every single activity was so much fun! Definitely was a highlight of our trip! These two work so hard! Chef Manuel that did the sushi and guacamole class was awesome! He went out of his way to come and see us during our dinner! Alexis and Beny, the pool butlers are so tentative and brought us everything we wanted from the pool!! Edgar our room butler made sure we had all of our classes booked and everything we needed for our rooms. Marco by the pool was an extremely helpful with anything we needed!! Best all inclusive I’ve been to by far!

We travel to Cancun often and try various resorts. This one has been a very rough stay and our first less than 5 star experience we have ever had here. This place is more on par with a 2-3 star hotel.
Our first night consisted of our lights randomly turning on in the middle of the night waking us up over and over. We were not able to sleep and tried calling the service people and going to the front desk. After hours of waiting for assistance and call backs the only solution was to be moved to a worse room…but hopefully the lights work properly. They did gaslight us saying our grass view was as good as the ocean and pool view we had.
The AC is below average as the thermostat seems to lock and not go very low. If you like a cooler room this is not the place as you won’t be able to get the room very cool.
The supervisors are always in a “meeting” they will not apologize (probably against hotel policy) and will not make accommodations for something that was their error.
The mini bar has been the least stocked out of any of the hotels we have been to and the room service is bottom of the pack as the menu consists of reheated meals and lackluster options.
The work staff was very courteous and helpful, the head staff was not.
The restaurant food is average, usually cold, and you have to wait forever to get it. You have to make reservations as soon as you get there or you won’t be able to get into the better ones. We made reservations the first night and still couldn’t get into some of the ones we wanted unless we waited until 10 pm to eat (we were here during the weekdays not weekend so this is the first time we have experienced that problem at any resort during weekday stays).
Do not book here. Much better options are Valentin Imperial and Atelier.

My butler Zamora and Kim made my staff worth while. They were outstanding and was there for me whenever I needed anything. They even let me borrow a Bluetooth speaker while I was there. If I ask for restaurant reservations they made it happen when I needed a bottle of liquor sent to my room they got the job done. The resort is amazing but it’s the staff and butler services that makes this the place to be.

Enjoyed my stay at TRS Coral. Service and staff were great. One of the highlights of my stay was the magic show performed by Hernan. He was amazing and delivered such a fun show. Left my partner and I wanting more. Food was pretty good, with the exception for the food served at the Chic Cabaret. Would definitely visit this resort again!
