My wife and I truly enjoyed this amazing hotel, super friendly staff, stunning pool and best of the best experience. Location is close to Grand Mosque. We rented a car so the valey parking service was great.
Initially they made a mistake during our check in as they didn't consider our Awards nights and gave us a standard room. After complaining and showing our entitlement to Venetian suite, they quickly moved us to a very large suite which elevated our experience.

We had an incredible time at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, Hakim's professionalism and warmth made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and the restaurants offered delicious options. The lobby itself is stunning. Thank you for providing such wonderful amenities and services. The room was also fantastic. We can't wait to return!

First time to stay at the Ritz and the experience was amazing. We dined at the Lebanese restaurant and the food was really yummy.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety from different international cuisine.

A water leak was found in the hallway and there was a strong moldy smell that was unpleasant. The mold smell persisted even when the air conditioner in the room was turned on. The ceiling at the entrance to the hotel was also leaking and old, with plaster falling off. I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool properly because there were too many mosquitoes.
I think major repairs are needed. I was dissatisfied with the product.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, and encountered several issues that were poorly handled, leading to a disappointing experience. As a Titanium member of the Marriott Bonvoy program, I was initially pleased to be informed of an upgrade to an Executive Suite with Club Lounge Access. However, upon arrival, I discovered the suite was unavailable due to a system glitch, and the alternative arrangements were significantly delayed.
My interactions with the Duty Manager, Hans, were particularly disheartening. Despite the hotel's high standards, Hans's handling of the situation did not meet the level of service I expected. Besides he was not even able to answer me for 2 days. Later, when he finally agree to talk, he informed me that the delayed housekeeping for 9 hours! was acceptable and insisted that I should be satisfied with the resolution offered and shall pay extra for what been promised initially. This response was surprising and unsatisfactory, given the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
The resolution to move me to another room was delayed multiple times, with housekeeping taking until late at night to prepare the room. This not only caused inconvenience but also impacted my overall experience and perception of the hotel.
