Great small resort. We could relax on the beach then walk right up to the pool. There were 3 very nice restaurants that we frequented. Our last night we had particularly great service by Ricardo at Al Mare, he had great drink suggestions and a wonderful personality. Diana was also very sweet during our stay. There were too many wonderful staff to mention. Also the room top pool offered amazing views.

The hotel is just mid but located right on the beach with no other hotels nearby so that’s great but it has many flaws. Breakfast at romarley was super slow every time we went, our server was forgetful and the food took forever to arrive we had to cancel things not to wait any longer. The rooftop bar and restaurant really saved the experience for us, delicious food and great service. The Italian restaurant was a great disappointment, food was not good, and even when specifically requested no spicy food both my wife’s dishes were ridiculously spicy and had to be sent back. The hallways have a hideous roadside hotel carpet that smells bad. They have air fresheners but you can still smell the carpet. Our bracelets and card got deactivated over 5 times and on one of the trips to the front desk our room didn’t exist under our reservation. The front desk staff was a complete imbecile, out of place and disrespectful. Most of the staff were friendly but overall too many bad things happened so the experience was not positive. I would obviously not return and hope nobody has to experience the rudeness and disrespect we did, I truly hope he gets fired but I don’t have high hopes. Go for Fabio and Erica and avoid the ironically named staff called Angel. At the rooftop Fernando and the rest of the crew were great!

Start to finish the resort was wonderful! The smaller atmosphere allowed for a more personal touch with the staff!
The food was delicious and so were the drinks.
Italian restaurant offered an amazing menu , and our group returned several times! Silverio, our server went out of his way every night to ensure every detail was perfect! He felt more like a member of our table, than the staff! Impeccable service!
Truly this resort is a hidden gem!!!!

The place was beautiful! The overall service was great, Baldo and everyone else provided a great service.
The overall vibe was very Reggae!
The Jacuzzis seam rather finicky but other than that the rooms were great.
The location of the hotel is at the end of a dead end street so if your planning on walking to the center expect a 10-15 min walk under the sun
