The resort is really quiet, but this is exactly what we were looking for. The villa was very private with our own pool and close to the beach. The restaurant offers variety of food options and the service is excellent. We have booked some activities directly through the resort app and the service was very good.

Amazing hotel, hard to pick what we loved the most:
1. Service - not a surprise to have a great service in Thailand, however here we genuinely enjoyed smoothness. Staff seemed genuinely pleased to help us out. Our kid was sick and they were very helpful in arranging clinic appointment. We once got a wrong meal and the lady at the restaurant didn't charge us for next meal as a form of apology, which was very nice as a gesture.
2. Amenities - pools are fantastic. So large and with kids pools and fountains. I don't know any other place where it would be equally pleasant for young kids and honeymooners at the same time. This place is just amazing for everyone to take a good rest. My daughter loved the pool so much. Sunbeds are so comfortable and view is just stunning.
3. They have a little organic farm with goats, ducks, geese and chickens. My toddler still talks about baby goat Olivia. Staff at the farm were such friendly young women. Also I just loved to have fresh eggs from the farm on breakfast.
4. Rooms - very specious and beautiful. Very tranquil too (we were in a room not a villa). I loved that bathroom was on a balcony so the bedroom was dry and fresh.
5. Mosquitoes - saw some comments about mosquitoes. Yes this area of the island gets quite a bit of them but hotel does a great job to manage them. I appreciated that they used natural repellents as some chemical ones are too harsh for humans too. We kept doors closed and mosquitoes were perfectly manageable. Ceiling fans keep them away too. So this was no problem for us.
6. Value for money - we got fantastic experience that was worth every penny we paid.

We had a great time staying in Sala Phuket. From pick up in airport till the end our stay, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The resort pool and beach was great and peaceful . We loved to visit resort farm, and the food options in the restaurant was quite large and good quality. Only a few evenings the waiting time for food was a bit too long.

Our Sala experience last month was absolutely incredible. We traveled to Thailand from the USA for our delayed honeymoon and Sala was one our accommodations that just took our breath away. We had a Sala pool villa and trust me it is totally worth the money. Our first day we explored the resort, used the free bikes to bike around to the nearby shops and restaurants and we also enjoyed our pool villa. The food at the restaurant was delicious no matter what time of the day it was breakfast or dinner. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was always hot and tasted amazing! For breakfast you have to try the mango pancakes and fresh juices. The pad Thai was one of our favorite dinners. The beach was felt very private which we liked. There would only be a handful of people in the water or walking on the beach. The staff were all so attentive and friendly making sure you have the absolute best experience. One downside for us was it is more northern so getting to Patong etc. we about an hour drive. We didn’t mind the drive since this resort is so private and unique.

Beautiful location, fabulous luxury all villa destination. Management is very approachable and sorted initial issues promptly and without fuss going to great lengths to ensure our stay was memorable. Anthony (manager) was hands on and his team particularly Maxi and Annie were so attentive and helpful. Cannot fault the service and team.
