Visited twice and had an excellent experience on both visits. The resort is a convenient 20 minute drive from the airport but is completely secluded, and is perfect for a stay where one doesn’t want to do too much. Breakfast has a fabulous spread, there is a very well equipped gym (tip, dont miss the beautiful steam room) and the pool is well heated considering the amount of sun it receives. Rooms are tastefully done with comfortable beds and pillows. Resort is nicely landscaped and staff will go out of their way for you. Highly recommended

After my second visit to Phuket. This has been an amazing luxurious experiences. The service is unbelievable. Thanks to Sam at Navigator who helped us with some last minute sightseeing bookings. They are just So unbelievably helpful and kind. Everything is done with love and care. Every hotel should be like this should give this homely welcoming treatment. I will come back here again. My kids loved the beach and the massages on the beach was amazing. The breakfast….. best ever selection of everything you can think of. I just love this place they were accommodating with everything.

The hotel was great - loved the staff and their kind service, and our villa was really beautiful. The breakfast was also superb, nice setting by the pond, and the gym was also excellent. But keep in mind that this hotel is really quite far from any of the main attractions on the island - you’ll spend 1 hour each way in a taxi and pay 1000 baht just to get anywhere. The beach here is also just fine, not much in the water and at times plenty of small jellyfish.

Unfortunately not a 5 star standard as expected.
We were a family of 6 in the 3 bedroom villa and unfortunately had to realize that the price does not meet the standard as in the photos and videos. The rooms are getting in the years were renovations would be highly necessary. The 3 bedrooms were not open together like offered in the internet, a ugly chipboard was simply attached between the apartments. We came here especially to be together as a family and not separated.
There is also a huge lack of attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. There was never any fruit in the room, or were any little treats for that we spent so much money on these rooms.
The alcoholic drinks in the sandbox bar are not recommended, it's sugar water. Otherwise the restaurant is very nice and the food is good.
There was nothing to complain about at breakfast, it is very varied and very well prepared. There are also no waiting times and always a place to sit.
The gym has a 5 star standard for this.
Activities and entertainment are a bit sparse and are not actively offered to the guests.
The staff is extremely friendly and is unfortunately innocent, because to put it in a nutshell, there is a lack of the management that does not take care of the further training of the staff to bring it up to 5 stars!
So if you expect a 5 star standard, I do not recommend it to be honest. It was an ok stay and in the end we are relaxed , but we’re used to much better for this high price.

Paradise might have a competitor with this Resort. My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights. She was able to use a Suite upgrade which placed us in one of the Vilas with a plunge pool and privacy fence. The food every morning was incredible. There was even a tree that fell down due to high winds and it was cleared up and spotless in less than an hour. There are hundreds of fish to watch while you're getting ready to start the day.
The pools are perfect for everything from swimming laps to relaxing with the jets. The beach is deep! This is not a normal beach that has a few dozen/hundred meters where you'll have the water below your head. Within 10 meters out from shore it'll be 2.5 meters deep! So be careful with little ones.
The onsite bars/restaurants had excellent selection of food. I cannot complain about a single thing I ate or drank here.
