We spent fabulous 2 nights here and we must recommend this place. The hotel is bit old from 2009 but quality of the materials are great and service is what you expect from 5star world. Restaurants are very quick and the staff are very positive and welcoming…. No problems…. Only solutions. The only thing which made me a bit disappointed was price of soft drinks at the restaurants… 35 aed for 300ml coke doesn’t make sense even you are in 5star world. The rest was as we expected and we will be happy to come again.

This place is magical! The location is fantastic, the accommodations and service incredible, and the activities unforgettable! The falcon and Saluki dog show lets you experience these animals up close, the Camel ride at sunrise takes you on a journey, and the horseback ride across the desert on wonderful horses and a great instructor makes for an unforgettable experience. In all of this you have a great staff that makes sure you have great memories and pictures as well as cold water when you need it.

The hotel is huge.we didn’t book any activities, just walk on the desert, lying next to the pool. Spent a very relaxing vocation here. Monsey cleaned our room and made a cute “sweet dreams” for us. Also give you plenty of bottles of water everyday which is nice

Despite being surrounded by endless sands, the hotel was a place of luxury and relaxation. The architecture blended seamlessly with the desert landscape, providing spectacular views from every angle. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made sure every need was met with warmth and efficiency. Whether you were relaxing by the pool under the desert sun or guiding to the nearby hills, every moment was full of adventure and relaxation The rooms were spacious, well appointed and you had a great view of the desert. The food selections reflected the flavors of the region, and each dish was a journey of culinary discovery. Next visit will stay longer!

We had such an amazing time in the Qasr Al Sarab. The long travel through the desert was definitely worth the effort. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere in between dunes. The hotel design is very well thought-out and fits into the desert from head to toe. The staff is beyond friendly and so extremely attentively and supportive, they are always a step ahead of what you think you need. The Pool Villa was a dream with incredible view on the desert. The pool area was gorgeous and the cocktails were modern and creative and tasted amazing. The food in general was very good. As a vegetarian I had some trouble finding dishes that i like, not because the hotel did not offer vegetarian dishes but just because of my personal gusto. The breakfast spectrum of food was outstanding with absolute high quality of food. Also to mention is our Spa experience, which was incredibly relaxing. we had some massages, Spa treatments baths, peeling/rubs and also a facial. The therapists were stunning and did an amazing job to help let all the trouble from the stressfull life beyond and bring the mind to rest. A huge thank you to TINI, the allround Talent therapist, which treatments were on Spot!!
What we did not like was the sushi night 2 days in a row in the steak house restaurant and that it was a couples menue only. Therefore we were not able to utilize this restaurant for 2 days straight in the evening. Although the hotel offered me in room dining menue to bring it to the steakhouse restaurant so that my husband can eat the sushi menu and I can eat sth vegetarian however we would have needed to pay the price for 2 as it was a couples menu. We thought the system was not intuitive and not flexible.Overall, everything was just wonderful and we had an amazing stay and we will come back!
