When we arrived to the hotel we were excited, it is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing. The guys at the front were super nice. We had issues with our room, the couch bed was rusted. We brought it to their attention and we were taken care of immediately. We spent most days by the pool and i must say Lorenzo the Celsius bartender was AMAZING! He made our stay super fun and enjoyable. Alfonso Grirela from the Celsius restaurant was our waiter most day and he made sure to take care of us every time. Huge shout out to them.

Updated- after the review I was contacted by guest services to see what they could do to make my experience better. Hector was able to help us out with getting earlier reservations into a restaurant we wanted to try. The restaurant was great! I am sorry that was really the only night we were able to choose the restaurant of our choice at a better dinner time. It makes a difference having access to those experiences the resort has to offer. This was my first time at this resort, what I have come to find out is, when you book you want to be clear with your expectations on access to dinner reservations and room preferences. I am sorry it had to start with so much frustration but it has ended well. Thank you Hector for your time to make our last night at the hotel great.
I am here now, Family side. Bathrooms by the family pool are not kept up well. Common areas have visible wear and tear that does not appear to be kept up. The food situation is a BIG issue. You pay for all inclusive but can’t get any reservations anywhere out of the family friendly restaurants until 8:30 or later. How are you expected to make that work with little kids? Then you are stuck with the buffet. There is no access to any other dining. I called right when the guest services got in to make better time for dinner reservations- nope! Still 8:30 or later. restaurants seem to be empty, but still cannot serve you earlier. We went to Blue Agave first night. The hostess was rude and seemed to be annoyed that she had to work there. The server had no clue what she was doing, was unhelpful. Most of the food was the exact same we had at the buffet the night before, so not worth the wait.

Thank you to the beautiful people at Paradisus for making our experience super special. Our family is vegan and the staff went out of their way to make sure we always have something amazing to eat. They cooked special meals for us and everything was delicious. Special thank you to Daniel, all the chefs from the buffet, the chef Mijail, chef Rodrigo, the chef in the Lunch Box, Rebeca from the Italian restaurant and Hector from guest services ❤️ Also all the sweet hostesses and waiters in the buffet and the lunch box. We had such a great experience and it's all thanks to you! Really the best service I've seen anywhere. Of course the hotel is also great :) Beautiful shows, lots of activities for the kids like pools and a water park and a kids club. The beach was fun too on the days when it wasn't too windy.

Amazing! We’ve been here several days now and we’ve eaten at most of the restaurants, and they’re all terrific. The latest one was Flora, which is light and healthy but still delicious, and has a lot of local ingredients/dishes. Alberto was our waiter and he was delightful. And the drinks keep flowing! The rest of the resort is a paradise as well. And half of it is 18+ so you don’t have to deal with screaming children. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

We visited this fantastic hotel in April 2024. It was our third visit to Mexico, but by far our favourite. Our 2 y.o. had an amazing time and all staff were great with her. All the facilities are superb and the entire complex is clean and well maintained.
We will visit again.
