What an amazing vacation! After a quick 25ish minute ride from the airport we arrived to the lobby which is packed with childhood nostalgia and fun new character that my family all loved. Everyone working there was friendly and attentive. We arrived around 11am and had to wait until 4pm for our room to be ready but while we waited we were able to head to Le Spatula for a delicious breakfast, that we looked forward to day after day. We also were able to head to the water park while we waited for our room which was even better than we anticipated. There was very little if any wait to get on the rides which made our time that much better. The attention to detail is immaculate. We joined in the fun of slime time which our 5 year old nephew enjoyed just as much as us. Once we were able to check in to the room we were still amazed at the size, cleanliness and details of the room. You have to take a shuttle from the water park/lobby to the rooms but they are running constantly and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes throughout our stay. We stayed on the top floor so our pool so our private pool had more direct sunlight but it still stayed a bit cold, not that the kids mind. The room is stocked with juices, soft drinks, a wine bottle, beer and snacks. We had the best drinks made by Lalo at the Wanda swim up bar and we had a blast hanging out in the pool. The snick bar was also filled with nostalgia and also had arcade games and a pool table. Every day there are a ton of activities for the kids and adults. The orange carpet show was exceptional! Food was really good for what you might expect from an all inclusive and we are still talking about the build your own pasta from the Yacht club. I could keep going because we just keep saw how much we want to go back but overall we can’t wait to go back!

I am currently staying at this resort and cannot believe the lack of attention to detail provided. When we arrived, we were told our room was not ready and we had to come back to the front desk at 4pm to obtain our room number. You’d think with technology, they could send an email or text and avoid the extra hassle of us coming back to the main lobby. The amount of people you have to speak with to learn and understand kids club, dining options, shuttle service, etc… is tiring. The resort should try to make your arrival as easy and seamless as possible. The swim up pools are freezing! The rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything in the rooms next door and above you. The rooms are not cleaned well (my Lysol wipes picked up tons of leftover debris) and the lack of towels and ability to receive more went overlooked. We are supposed to be here for 4 nights but after today (bland food, mediocre service, noise disturbance late into the night), I am currently googling to see if we can find a place to relocate and salvage our Spring Break elsewhere. Some find this charming and fun. As an experienced traveler and travel vlogger, even as a resort that caters to kids, it’s champagne pricing for a generic beer experience. I don’t want anyone else to spend four or five figures on this and feel they just threw away money.

It was a really cool experience especially for kids. Being people of color it seems as though they weren’t very attentive to our needs as everyone else at times but they did attend to us and were nice when they did. One show my sister went to with the kids she said the whole time they spoke in Spanish even though kids from all backgrounds were there, and when they passed out snacks they intentionally left the boys out (they were the only children of color present) so that didn’t sit well with her. But other than that the room was nice and clean and the only thing was sometime kids run around late at night but that is to be expected. You get drinks the whole time and you can relax while the kids have fun.

Date of visit: December 2023 with kids ages 10 & 15 PROS: Room was fantastic. A very comfortable, happy place to rest and hang out. The room pool is really fun to have, kids enjoyed it! Kids also enjoyed the Aqua park. Enjoyed everything, especially the lazy rivers and the water slides. Restaurants: Hotel and Park are really good, we really enjoyed the food and drinks. CONS: Be careful when making a reservation online. Any errors can cost you big money. In my case, my child age 15 was put in the system as age 10. After several calls once every month 3 months before the trip I verified if his age was put in correct. I was assured it was. Day of trip when arrived they give me the surprise that his age is still incorrect and want to charge me a huge amount of difference (Also in shock because this trip is not affordable, it is not an inexpensive hoteI, I made payments for this trip throughout 8 months and now just like that they are asking for a large sum $). Result: They ended up waiving one night out of the 4 that we were there for... That was it...and only on my child's reservation.

Don't waste money coming to this resort. This might be the worst experience of my life. Problems started right away when the resort lost our transportation information and had to sit at the airport an extra 2 hours waiting on a shuttle. Next we arrived at the resort and were told that they lost all 3 of our room reservations and had to wait another 3 hours to receive no news until we got ugly with staff. The rooms they promised were all incorrect and they placed our family all over the resort instead of around each other. Our hot water didnt work at all the entire first day. The food is always late and cold. We went to the Good Burger restaurant tonight and they never brought our food at all. The staff has stolen money from our bags. More than half the staff can't communicate with us. The room walls are extremely thin and we had to listen to a child be abused until we talked to management to check on the poor kid. The room was supposed to be stocked with drinks and snacks. Nothing we asked for was in the room. We paid over 11 thousand dollars for just the resort and have just been miserable the entire time! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
