I have to commend this hotel for its luxurious ambiance and exceptionally friendly staff. We decided to upgrade our stay to enjoy the afternoon tea at their rooftop lounge, and it was absolutely worth it. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the river, especially stunning at night with all the lights. Plus, being situated beside Icon Siam was incredibly convenient for shopping. There were also plenty of massage shops nearby. However, it's worth noting that the traffic in the area can be quite heavy.

My favorite hotel in Bangkok ! Came back after staying for a week in 2018. amazing staff, rooms, breakfast and location. Love the fact that you can use the trains so easily and dont need to be stuck in Bangkok traffic ! The staff in the exec lounge and breakfast are simply the best. Also I liked the water shuttles, had a nice vibe. See you next time !

From the moment we arrived the team at the hotel made us feel welcome. My Diamond status was recognised and an upgrade provided.
The team in the executive lounge were amazing at all times and always greeted you with a smile.
The rooms were comfortable, quiet and well sized.
Would stay there again.

If I have to come back to Bangkok, it would be only to stay again at this wonderful property, each and every corner of the hotel was beautifully and thoughtfully done . We enjoyed our stay here immensely. They upgraded us to the River view executive suite and it made our 3 nights stay even more memorable.
The staff was overly friendly and courteous. They got us taxis every time we had to step out and at negotiated price.
Their breakfast buffet was huge , vegan and vegetarian options were plenty . There was an Indian section too and that was a cherry on the cake .
We also enjoyed their rooftop executive lounge for the evening tea , it was for the members though .
The dinner at their rooftop restaurant was classy with the live band . We also enjoyed their rooftop bar for the drinks and stunning Bangkok views .
We didn’t miss to avail their spas and massage and that too was very professional and at reasonable price.
Their pool overlooking the River was a delightful. We chilled there in the morning .
They also had boat shuttle service every half an hour . It was very convenient to go to the other side of the river .
Overall , the stay was fabulous and highly recommended.

-room: very old hotel and in room facilities, i did expect it to be a new and modern hotel. After check in I got escorted to the room and it really shook me how old the elevator, room, corridor, carpets are. It’s old and had a bit of moldy smell. But the view is 10/10 and the bed is 10/10 also.
-service: generally people are nice but to give it a 4 or 5, it’s not there. I would expect a more attentive service at this price range.
-location: good point: closed to Iconsiam, the rest are far from.
