Decent location but 5 min walk to skytrain/metro in 35 degree heat wasn’t that great.
Room was huge with city view. You could tell the hotel’s been here for a while from the wear and tear, but not end of the world. They only had one person covering each floor to make the rooms so depending on where your room is located they may come late in the afternoon. Bathroom was the best part, extremely spacious and fancy.

This is one of the worst 5 star hotel experience. The ceiling in our room had leaked and flooded the bathroom. Lights were not working in the toilet as a result of this leakage. Added suprise was the bath tub was filled with black dirt when we turned on the tap. We changed room but the room
which was inspected had a clogged shower drain causing it to he flooded.

Location is good. But extremely poor service. You have to wait for several hours before they can allot a room to you. Even with the hotel pretty empty they ensure you wait for atleast 3-4 hrs after hotel checkin time to allocate a room to you. That too if you have the guts to fight it out with them for hours.

Rooms are old.
Need lots of renovation.
The wood floors keeps making noise when we walked on it.
Rooms not ready when we arrived. neither towels available in my room.
My jet washer is not working.
Water pressure quite low.
Internet super LOW.
Breakfast quality options are poor.
The coffee is terrible.
Staff need to be calm, polite and relax.
I love my housekeeping. She is super nice and friendly.

Rooms are very dark. Location is great. Breakfast is not bad either, have Indian and continental food options. Staff is friendly and nice. We had an early flight and they gave us a huge breakfast box to go…you have to ask for this and let them know your preferences.
