Booked 5days 4nights with Movenpick BDMS and never regret making this booking. You are welcomed by the most polite n pleasant staff, they serve you your welcome drinks over at the counter while checking in. Checking in is a breeze. They provided cute little rubber ducks for my baby boy for his bath. Their buffet spread is on the healthier side but has wide variety of selection. What we love is they have an indoor playground for kids while you buffet. We loved their heated pool, super relaxing for night swims. Haven got chance to play table tennis where they have it indoors with very comfortable ambience. The waterfall garden is nice, their lobby is nice, our room is huge, bed is comfortable enough, we will most probably get their pool view rooms the next time. Ours facing the main road. Their gym is well equipped and huge. They offer free shuttle rides to nearby stations. What's lacking is their location as there is some distance away from the malls and they are some distance away from the main road so getting transport is not as easy you may have to Grab most of the time unless you take their free shuttle rides. However we will definitely revisit again the next time as we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel's location makes it like a little oasis in the middle of the city. From my room, you could hear nearly any traffic at all. The room was clean and comfortable. The common areas are spacious, clean and pretty quiet. The breakfast had an excellent choice of good quality food. The gym is not large but has everything you need for a proper workout. The spa services are really good. They have a sauna, steam room, ice room, and a flotation bed. I haven’t tried the swimming pool, but it looked nice outside. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Late-night room service provides quality food if you are hungry late. Returning from the city to the hotel felt like coming back to an oasis in the middle of the city, where you could relax and chill out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you want to relax and take care of yourself while visiting one of the most exciting cities in Thailand.

Staff ignored me (Asian) while speaking only to my white partner. Notably by 2 waitresses at breakfast and whilst at pool. 1 front lady frowned when I approached her to ask if there's a quiet meeting spot. No smile, no greeting from 90% staff. That changed quickly at inspector's visit on 1 May. Suddenly breakfast manager was also waiting & breakfast staff doubled. They need to train staff to be service oriented and not display their internalised self racism. I won't recommend this hotel if you're Asian.

Where do I start, the location 10/10, close to everything yet tucked away, such a soothing energy with all the landscaping around the hotel it truly feels like a mini oasis. The food is spectacular! We even had the pleasure to try the Thai Fine Dining restaurant and it was spot on! The spa is gorgeous as well. I love the app and how convenient it is to be able to get support from the staff. I loved the fitness activities available, I was able to book a Pilates Class and it was the perfect morning kickstart for me! Thank you Mövenpick, you’ll definitely be seeing me and my husband again :)

Family of five (three young kids) really enjoyed the huge family suite with bunk beds and toys galore! We had room service which was good food at reasonable prices, and also appreciated the good breakfast buffet and attentive service from M, Nan and the team. Pool area is nice, and hotel is within good distance of CentralWorld massive shopping centre.
